The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, hospitable, warm, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I opted for the breakfast, which was included in my stay, simple yet satisfying. Had lunch a few times and a dinner which was enjoyed. The swimming pool is great! and the beach is literally 500m from the hotel, Perfect location to the beach, bus stop and Supermarket.

The room doesn't have much closet space, I would highly recommend that a drawer/closet be added in the room as they have space for it. A shelf for toiletries in the bathroom & shower would have been ideal.

Honestly loved in, great spot!! We would walk everywhere at night, also no parking but was super easy to find it (they’ll help direct you, but we parked near the park I believe mostly and that was easy). Room was spacious, pool area was nice, and the staff were so so helpful and nice. The beach nearby is super cute too! Had the best stay!

Hotel is very close to the beach (Cala Fererra 2 minute or Cala Serena 5-7 minutes), and it also has a pool. Room was very clean, you have everything you need in it: we also prepared breakfast in the morning. Staff was really nice and they help us with printing out boarding passes. All the rooms have a balcony. If you rent a car, the hotel have a few parking spots, but if those are not free, you can park in a parking nearby (right at the end of the beach). And if you want to eat some good food, 7 minute away from the hotel, you will fin Cala Fererra Restaurant. Overall, this hotel was awesome! Will definitely recommend! The hotel is placed very well: 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the restaurants street. It has nice facilities: pool and jacuzzi were great. The room was spacious with all the necessary furniture. The staff was the best — people who were working there seemed very friendly and really involved into our problems, from where to go to how to get taxi.

The only disappointment was the breakfast included. Only sweet buns and boiled eggs were delicious, everything else was not. The choice was quite poor, for example, there were not any vegetables at all. Also we had some confusion of how to get our towels changed, but talking to the reception helped to figure this out.

I came for a week in the sun with my mum and we loved it! The staff were so friendly! The breakfast was such a lovely spread. The pool area was never too busy, and was a lovely size (bigger than in the photos). The rooms were cleaned each day, the balconies were spacious. Perfect location right beside Cala Ferrera beach. No noise issues. Would stay here again definitely!

Good size apartment for 2. We got one on beach side. It was lovely to sit on the terrace admiring the view. Kettle, toaster in the apartment, so could enjoy easy breakfasts. Beds were very comfortable

There was a bit of a mouldy smell when we arrived- but it got better by the second day. Most of the lights didnt work, that was a bit annoying.

It is perfectly located, with steps to the beach and a lovely bar across the road. Breakfast is yummy not just continental… The rooms are spacious and we found the beds to be so comfy along with the pillows also. All the staff are amazing… David and Angel especially.. There are some lovely restaurants just up the rd from the apartments. We had a wonderful trip. Thank you.

Absolutely nothing.

Very nice location, aside from all the parties and nosiness perfect if you are staying with family and want to have a good sleep at night. Clean bed sheets and towels everyday was super nice.

Breakfast is simple but nice , only missing some variety.

The apartment was great for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and so close to the beach! Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly - breakfast in the AM was a bonus and everyone was happy to eat before heading out to explore the next day.

Nothing, the location and apartment were great. The area was a little more of a party area so not sure we would return to that specific area of Mallorca, but the beach was beautiful and the apartment itself was great.

we liked the location , just in front of the magnificent Cala Ferrera beach , we had a room right in front of the beach first line , very modern new refurbished room with a beautiful big terrace , nice bathroom with a big shower and a kitchen with everything to prepare a breakfast or a dinner. very nice swimming pool. very clean and nice staff , we had a wonderful stay

The Spa doesn’t work but probably because the hotel had just opened the day before our arrival I think could be nice to have something that separate the terrace of each room just for more privacy.
