Stylish, modern design, finally we have found something which looks and feels as 21 century, not 80-s of the previous one. The restaurant gives you the feeling of a “restaurant”, not a canteen. Brilliant staff! Absolutely outstanding, especially in the bar! Good quality furniture in the room and on the balcony, we really enjoyed staying in the room. Amazing quality of beach towels (and such a nice colour) and towels in general! Picturesque beach bar with good food - the views on the bay are breathtaking (take grilled calamari and vanilla milkshake!) Modern SPA - saunas are really good (but don’t expect too much from massage, it’s a very light relaxation massage, nothing more).

Neither breakfast nor dinner don’t correspond with the price tag - nothing bad, almost everything we tried was tasty, but from price you pay you expect much more. I have seen better quality and variety in cheaper 4-stars on Mallorca. Some of my favourite meat and cheese specialties were missing and I come to Mallorca each year to enjoy them Especially weird was “vegetarian dinner”, come on, if I want to eat greens I would probably go to Bali, not to Spain

we liked that the hotel is situated beside a small sandy cove with crystal clear water. the staff were all very friendly, cheerful and welcoming. the food is buffet style with good extras eg sushi night. the room was very clean and had a safe and shower was good.

Didn’t realise that hotel is situated with a large very crowded resort. The room was a little on small side. The toilet that had been set very high on wall. I am quite tall and had to sit on it with tip toes! if you have neighbours that sit on their balconies smoking from early until late evening the smell came straight into room when balcony door was open. no extra pillows. had to ask for dressing gown and slippers from Reception which were included in room price, felt these should have already been in the room. jacuzzi in spa did not work.

Water should be replaced daily. A lot of rules, this is fine but make them clear on arrival so we aren’t being told several times about issues. Doesn’t give you a welcome feeling! When the manager called to say no towels on the balcony, he could have conveyed the message in a more friendly way. For this sort of money I would just expect a little bit more than the hotel offer. Nightlife is very poor.

The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for us wherever they could. The location is great for the beach and surrounding areas. Entertainment provided in the evenings was also exceptional and really made a huge difference.

Despite having a wonderful stay, there are a few things I feel could be done to make the hotel 10/10: - provide guests with an overview of the food for the week, for example one night was vegetarian night and we did not know, another night was sushi night and reception never mentioned the ‘set’ evenings which of course, limits what some people can and can’t eat. - extraction and ventilation in the rooms is really poor, lots of condensation of which you can’t get rid of after a shower and even with the balcony door wide open. The rooms are tiled and when wet becoming incredibly slippery, potentially a problem if you are slightly older with less mobility and balance. - not enough sun loungers for capacity of the hotel, could really with a lot more.

Great location, opposite the beach and beach bar. The food at the breakfast & dinner buffet was excellent; tons of choice. Plenty of seating areas throughout the day. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Room: Air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room, even though we raised with reception multiple times. Our room was much warmer than our parents room. Pool: Would recommend hotel staff remove towels from sun loungers if not in use after an hour or so, to allow others a sun lounger. Often, people left towels down all day, even if not there for hours. Room: Surprised to see smoking available on the room balconies when such close proximity.

Perfect beach with access from the hotel! Staff was amazing, room was really nice and bed was comfy! Hotel facilities were great, always had a sun bed to stay on!

Food was ok - there was always one item that was delicious, but the rest felt like it was just done in a rush and for mass production. Even dessert all looke amazing, but not all tasted delicious. Access to Cala D'Or from/to Palma was terrible. We had an easy shuttle from airport to the hotel (cost around 12 per person) but terrible to actually go back - taxi cost around 100 euros, which is insane! Would be great if hotel could support on this or have their own system instead of counting on 3rd parties only.

The location to the beach and the private (adults only) pool with sea views is amazing. All of the staff where very friendly and the facilities where excellent and never overcrowded (in September). The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious and very well presented. We booked a room with a sea view which benefitted from the most beautiful sunrises over the horizon.

The vegetarian options could be improved. My wife and I are both vegetarian and although there were plenty of options considered vegetarian, these were mainly side dishes i.e. boiled / fried vegetables, chips, rice, butter pasta, salad. All of these options lacked a protein and are very cheap dishes when compared to the meat and fish options available. I think with some simple tweaks, the vegetarian options could really be improved with addition of lentils, legumes or tofu which can be eaten by most dietary requirements.

The Spa was excellent and no further payment required

The Evening entertainment really boring supposed to be on Holiday but some of the music was very boring could do with better entertainers especially the ones on Tuesday and FRIDAY NIGHT

Superb location, a stones throw from Cala D'or's stunning beach and cove and 15 minutes walk into town for shopping, eating and drinking! We are pool people but spent three days on the beach it was so beautiful. The (three) hotel pools are all adequate sizes but you have to be quick to get a spot at the beachside pool - we didn't manage to get one while we were there. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Great temperature in the room too!

I read other reviews that said the food was good, so booked half board - breakfast and dinner. We thought the food was just "ok" overall. If I was booking again I would just book the room and walk 15 minutes into town where there are lots of options and we paid to have some better meals. The beach restaurant is also ok, we had salads there on one occasion but wouldn't go back. The sangria was so sweet we left half the jug. The hotel was stylishly decorated but lacked atmosphere.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet selection was really good. The whole hotel was very clean and rooms cleaned impeccably each day. The indoor spa was very much appreciated on a cloudy day! Great selection of outdoor pools, and the beach club in particular was a great option for sunbathing and having a drink. The fact the hotel is adult-only was a big plus for us as there are a lot of kids/families in Cala D’or!

It was difficult to get a sunbed, especially at the beach club, unless you were up at the crack of dawn (we stayed in June). Lots of people reserving beds but not using them. We ate at the dinner buffet twice out of our five night stay and didn’t love it. The room was also smaller than we expected.
