Every thing was lovely, we really enjoyed to stay there for 2 night ! The hotel is located out of the tourists area which make it full of charm. Special thanks to Fina from the restaurant who was very lovely and very professional, you’re lucky to have her !

We had a lovely stay, with fantastic stays of our room. Everything is clean, the food is amazing with lots of choice. Almost every drink you could want is included with AI. It's a short walk to the town and the main beach. The spa is good and decent treatments for a good price. I would say that is a predominantly German hotel, like 95% minimum. All the menus are in Spanish and German and staff speak German too. The plus side is great German beer, but that is the language you'll hear 99% of the time.

Perhaps a bit more inclusion for countries other than German. Other than that, it was great.

The hotel is located on a quiet,yet wide avenue,that is far from the crowd,and nearby properties,and yet again,you have the bus stop right in front which would take you immediately to the shopping center and the marina itself,and other,beach coves.It's a tranquil place because you have the mountain on the avenue side and sea on the other side.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The views were beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. It's definitely a great value for the money. Ultimately we came to Mallorca for those perfect Calas with turquoise water and there isn't a very close one to this hotel that we liked which is why we changed and went to another hotel on the other side of the island. FYI this is a very popular area for German holidaymakers - most of the staff at the resort and the nearby Caja Rajada didn't speak English :)

Its our 2nd time in the hotel and we would definitely come again. It has become our favorite spot in Mallorca. Hotel has everything for us for q perfect holiday, well equipped gym with amazing view, spa with all amenities, great massage services, breakfast buffet with a lot of options, beautiful view from our bedroom. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves and waking up to sunrise from the sea is priceless, and everything from your bed.

If I have to give a constructive feedback, the only thing I would suggest is to renew beach towels, these were very old and could be better. Also would suggest to add towels in the gym. Shows at night are fun but would suggest them to end at 10pm sometimes we wanted to sleep early because we would wake up super early for working out in the fresh morning but loud music in front to our room until 10:30 pm wouldn’t allow us to do so…

It's fair, and the view from the pool area is amazing. It's also very clean, has a great shower and breakfast is nice. The SPA area is good with sauna and indoor pool for free. More isolated, so it's very quiet and calm.

Staff is not always very supportive. Also, a few things also go against my preference for a guest experience, i.e. you have to pay to use the locker in the room; you get vouchers for beach towels but can only change them three times a week; pool bar kitchen closes at 4pm, but the restaurant for dinner only opens at 6pm so you can't eat meanwhile; guests must use long pants (!) to have dinner at the restaurant. Note that you'll have to walk quite a few to get to the city center.

Very quiet hotel. Restaurants, Shops and Bars within a 20min walk along the sea, beautiful. Stunning views from the hotel. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different things, for only 5 eur!! Wow! All the staff were so friendly and helpful - big thanks ! Big bathroom Few tables outside to eat breakfast and dinner.

People reserve their chairs with their towels - annoying. Gym is quiet small

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the reasons we go back every year. Mari Carmen was lovely and looked after us most lunchtimes, Pep Toni and Miguel are always fun and great to see the very helpful Ryan back in reception. The location is beautiful. We loved the food and some of the evening entertainment was good.

There is nothing we didn’t like but we would be happy if the food selection was just Spanish/Mallorcan rather than having different international themes each night.

It has been like a paradise. It is slightly away from Son Moll, but in a very quiet location. As soon as you enter in the reception, you can see the sea and that view is impressive. The facilities are amazing, the staff is very attentive and friendly, the breakfast and dinner buffet have a great variety and very good quality. They also offer sport activities (yoga, aquagym,...), so we almost didn't leave the hotel at all. I also appreciate that is only for adults.
