An excellent hotel that is worth the money. At the beginning, we stayed in a room that had a view of the pool, central air conditioning that you don't need to turn on because of the excellent temperatures (20 C at night) in that part of the island of Mallorca. Clean comfortable beds and toilets, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo... Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and offers several types of cheese, salami, vegetables and fruits, yogurt, butter, waffles, squeezed orange, water, and you also get a coffee with breakfast. In the yard there is a swimming pool, toilets, sunbads where you can rest and enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment. Miguel and Jana can meet you for help if you need it. Parking can be found very quickly and easily in front of the hotel or in the neighboring streets. The location is excellent, market 50 meters away, the center of Cala Rayada is also 3 minutes on foot , beach is 5 minutes on foot. Recommendation for everyone who vacations in Cala Rayada to choose Mamboo Hotel because of the good price, the services and the food it offers.. Gracias

First of all Jana and Miguel, great hosts, really nice people, they make warm, “feel like at home”atmosphere. We loved breakfast at the terrace, which is a hidden gem of this hotel. All food really fresh and tasty, we enjoyed each breakfast a lot. The hotel is situated right in the center, though nights were not noisy. AC worked perfectly as well as other room equipment. Cca 20 mins by foot to Cala Agulla, but you go almost all the way throug the main street full of shops, bars and cafes so you don’t even realize when you are suddenly on the beach.

I would highly recommend this hotel, our stay at Mamboo was perfect, the staff are super friendly and an adorable family. They were very flexible to accommodate us before the checkin time, our flight back was super early so they booked our taxi for the next day and prepared us sandwiches for the way back because we would not have time for breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious and very fresh, the pool is also very nice where we spent nice time by the end of the day to relax while having some cocktails. Location is great with a lot of restaurants and bars around! It could be easy a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Thanks a lot, we will for sure come back!

I wanted to be close to Cala Gat beach specifically, so the location was perfect for me (around 15 minutes by walk). The water at Cala Gat is very clear but jellyfish are sometimes present. Thanks to the fact that the hotel has a nice swimming pool, I could just lay by the swimming pool when there was a jellyfish alert at the beach. :-) Also, my room was very quiet with a comfortable bed (shampoo, shower gel and even a hairdryer was provided), and there was airconditioning in the room (and in the hotel). I could have free coffee (made in a bigger, industrial coffee machine) during my stay. The hotel design is stylish and modern and the hotel itself is very clean. I had plenty of time to consume my breakfast (8:00-11:00). Scrambled eggs with bacon are also prepared upon special request. After my check-out I went to the beach and before leaving the hotel, I could still take a shower, and the staff took care of my personal belongings.

The temperature was a little cold in the breakfast area, but everyone could sit in the outside terrace area with a view to the swimming pool, so it was fine. My bathroom had a small window to the corridor (where other guests were walking), and although it had a non-transparent glass, I kind of felt like people can see in. :-) At night the light shined into my room from the corridor when it was turned on by other guests. I think that the food I consumed after check-out wasn't fresh and I found it a little overpriced (5 EUR vs at the airport the same thing cost 2 EUR).

It’s a lovely hotel with a nice and welcoming team. Room was very nice with a big bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Hotel is well positioned for the northern part of the island discovery.

Pillows are tiny, long and not comfortable almost in entire island so, obviously it’s a common thing. Yet, didn’t like it.

We loved relaxing at the pool and outdoor chill areas! These were so beautifully put together. Breakfast was super and it was a treat to be in walking distance from restaurants and beaches.

If I really had to be picky: The rooms were great, comfortable and had what you needed; but felt bare and not as inviting to spend time in as the communal areas.

What a gem of a hotel, small, stylish, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast, great coffee. Enough space. Run by Jana and Miguel, so helpful, friendly and efficient. I did not like Cala Rajada but I loved this hotel.

Parking is not always easy as it's directly in the town centre.

Really nice hotel and room, it had everything we needed. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, well-equiped. The pool was great, not many people around as it was shoulder season. The hosts were friendly and eager to help us at all times. The breakfast is fresh and good, really liked it.

We enjoyed our stay immensely at Mamboo hotel. First of all it is in a great location in the town itself and also is in the best part of Mallorca if you are a beach lover just like us. All calas nearby have crystal clear waters and are usually protected/pristine areas. Now about our hosts, the quality of their service and the atmosphere...what can I say? It was just glorious and we are very grateful for the lovely experience.❤ The breakfast was perfect, mostly fresh, local food. Our room was bigger than expected and upon my request we got a quite room with view to the pool instead of the street. Our hosts also accomodated our late check out request which was very generous of them. The place is child friendly, but mostly designed for adult company. Fortunately there aren't too many rooms in it so it never got too crowded on the inside our outside area. The terrace has a very chill ambient and they serve fenomenal drinks (their Mojito is a must). The building must be old, but it is beautifully renovated and decorated. This hotel however might not be suitable for people with disabilities as it has no elevator, but this was not an issue in our case. The hosts speak multiple languages and are very responsive through email as well. All in all this was a superb stay, we highly reccomend it especially for those who like to stray away from the overly touristy places. Really exceptional at a fair pricing! The owner was very nice. The hotel is 5 min from the city center.

No private parking. Its hard to find a place on the street, even at the end of the season. The room is so small. No small table, no even a glass for water. It was the most expensive hotel on our holiday, however the worst too. Breakfast was not good at all.
