Overall Apartment was spacious (though the bathroom was on small side and dark) Air conditioning was good. Overall the place was clean. Pool was big and clean. Location is good, just a five min walk to the sea front. 15/20 min walk to Cala Agulla beach. Had to ask for a change of bed sheet and duvet on 1st night as was not clean and for under the bed to be cleaned (empty plastic wrapping) Pool was very cold and only a small area is shallow. Breakfast selection could have been better and of a better quality. Not all staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Def a German and Spanish language dominance

It’s got a very nice feel to it, relaxed and welcoming. Plenty of food options at the buffet, something for everyone. Great location, walking distance to town centre and great beaches.

The daily servicing was a very quick job, something is better than nothing I suppose but it would be nice if sheets where changed at least once and floors mopped a bit more thorough. However none of the above affected our stay.

We rested here for 10 days from 18- 27 September. We liked absolutely everything! This is amazing place! It was better than we expected! Great location, if you want to rest and sleep peacefully) near supermarket, promenade in both sides, Cala Agulla beach in 15 min walk, and this beach is amazing! But the most importent thing about this hotel is Staff!- they are a great team! Many thanks to the Chef and waiters. The dinners was incredible! I recommend everyone to take dinner included in the price! The waiters are hard workers and very friendly and attentive! We will definitely come agin to this wonderful place!

The wifi !!! It is a 4 stars hotel in 2023,Wifi is mandatory, this hotel can not be take if you need to work whiteout your personal data. No anticipation before the storm. When it is predict the garden furnitures must be attached to avoid to see the umbrella fly. No anticipation for SPA , you need to ask the reception to start the Sauna. So you need to wait a longer time to arrive at the right temperature ( no information written regarding this action needed so the sauna was still cold at 6pm) No parking only the street can be longer to find a place during summer period

The cleaning was not so good the first part of our stay, there was some trouble with the air condition and the service in the reception not superb the night we arrived due to language problems (some staff speak mainly Spanish and German, not so much English). However, we arrived quite late, and the service in the reception is very good during daytime!

I liked the cleanliness and the level of aesthetics that the property was cohesive in everywhere, well equipped and the bathroom with a spa-like colours and a bath! Besides shampoo and bath gel there was a conditioner provided too. Lift is available and quick, nice smell everywhere you go. Balcony and drying rack are great, and various light options in the room made it lovely to tailor for mood lighting. A plus that I could enjoy the live music from my balcony without needing to be too close to the kids and crowd. Loved my stay at Prinsotel :)

The supervisor from the breakfast restaurant. We only wanted to grab a coffee during breakfast and despite letting the couple infront of us only pay for the coffee, he said he could not let us pay only for the coffee. He charged us EUR 16 each for the worse coffee I have tasted in my life. Apart from the unfair treatment, the coffee is terrible, I couldn’t drink it.

Wonderful staff. Really friendly and attentive. My son has multiple allergies and the manager and staff cooked his food separately every evening to ensure that there was no cross contamination. The food was really varied. Staff worked so hard to make sure our kids had the best time. Jonni and Robin were great. Lovely pool. Rooms great and very clean. Nice gym. Great location.

It is a very nice place with a good personal. Breakfast was tasty and different. Cleaning is everyday. Cosmetics in the room are good quality, soft towels and robe too.

The hotel was completely filled and there were a lot of people. Walk to the beach about 15 minutes but the beach is also full.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, it met our general needs. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. I really liked the community space (pool, beach bar, restaurant, lounge) and there is plenty of free parking in front of the hotel.

The equipment of the kitchen could have been better, the accommodation for 4 people did not have a large table for four people, we could not eat at the same time. 2 chairs on the balcony with a small table, 2 chairs with a fixed small table in the room - so the layout of the room was not the right one either.
