The staff were fantastic. They were super helpful and sweet. Dolores from the reception is an angel 😇💖 the bartender was really cool too, and the manager of the restaurant. The food was delicious and we had various things every day. The fruits for dessert - always fresh and yummy. Many many things to choose from. The rooms are nice, we had a lovely view and the bed was very big. The beach is two minutes away, Barcelona is 1 hour by train. Trains are very nice, but you need to take a taxi to the train station for about 10 euros. Calella is a lovely town and I'd love to visit again.

The rooms weren't perfectly cleaned 😕 the lady who cleaned our floor didn't pay attention to some things. There isn't a fridge in the room. Also the doors were super noisy and when someone closed their door everybody could hear the slam. And there's no drain in the bathroom so every day after taking a shower the bathroom was soaking.

We rested with my husband and with our little dog. Let's start in order. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, the check-in was very comfortable and fast. They gave a nice gift for our dog. It was very important for us that the hotel was friendly to dogs. Everything you need is in the room. There is a large balcony. We had a view of the courtyard. Next year we want to take with a sea view. 5 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the dog beach. The food is incredibly tasty, and there is a very large variety. Everyone will choose something for themselves. A lot of meat, seafood, vegetables and fruits. They cleaned the room every day, changed the bedding. The service is cool. We are very grateful for such a vacation.

Excellent reception staff, footsteps from the beach. Very courteous staff in the kitchen (breakfast, Dinner, Pub - beautiful delicious food in abundance), Shower pressure excellent, air con excellent, beautiful location, the 10 pm singing, dancing performance is very good too - Thank you 👍🏻

Room size are tight, beds are very soft like water bed, bed linen covers are loose, room locks are extremely tight from inside, parking is extremely difficult as it is a a very busy beach (beautiful). We requested to clean the room the second day, but they didn't do it, despite requesting a couple of times (not a problem if genuinely they forgot). There is only one socket in the whole room which isn't really great position above the double bed without any desk/stool/table.

The hotel was very clean , food had a good choice and all was very good . The staff were very friendly . Clean towels and shampoos every day . Plenty of clean bedding . It had a great restaurant opposite the hotel which was excellent food . The beach was a five minute walk away great value for money holiday .

The first half an hour the tables outside were booked for dogs . So had to eat at 830 pm on an evening . It’s a shame the people with dogs can’t reserve a table at a set time then other guests would be able to use it from 8pm .

Close to the sea and bus stations, also quite close to town center. Staff was very helpful and the serving was good during the meal times, we had an all inclusive and we enjoyed the food, specially the fruits and desserts. Good diversity on food during meal times.

Unfortunately our AC broke down after we arrived and we had to move room and it was very hot when doing so, we had to repack and again unpack when moving to the other room. The good thing in all this it was that we had a better view of the sea.

Great hotel near Garbi Beach. We paid last year for the accommodation and we weren't able to travel during the covid19 restriction but the hotel staff allowed us to come this year. The staff is very professional and the rooms are really clean. The location is the best 👍

Everything was good! The receptionists were amazing and willing to help you with a lot of pleasure. The service was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious and a variety of food was served there. The room met our expectations. It was clean and had a beautiful view. I don't know why some people here write that the rooms were outdated. This is not true completely. For the price is worth it. The whole building started from the pool and the rooms were cleaned every day. I stayed with my mom and we passed so great these 5 days. I recommend! ✨✨✨✨✨

Brilliant location, right across from the beach (tunnels to easy access the beach) train station less than 10 minutes away. Breakfast was vood with a decent selection. Downstairs bar served lovely cocktails.

Access with pram/wheelchair was difficult enough with no ramp, having to access different lifts and ringing bells. Rooms were quite small and balconys looked right onto another hotel but really close to each other. Bath was really small for showering in.

Food (full board) in this hotel was very good: it was tasty, lots of options and quite variable from day to day. It always includes variable fruits and tasty desserts, ice-cream. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful.

There is no fridge in the room (however you can rent it for 5euro/day), no glasses and staff was not allowed to provide a corkscrew. So, everything was done by hotel to stop you enjoying your drink purchased elsewhere but not in the hotel. It was a bit silly and annoying. Also, interior of the room could be a bit better and hotel need to provide some facilities/lines on the balcony to dry towels, swimming suits etc.

Location next to the beach is perfect. It's also very close to Barcelona and within 3h drive to Andorra. The coastal area is beautiful in Calella and surrounding

If you're sitting on the toilet and the bathroom door is open, the leg space is minimal. When there is an event in the lounge downstairs and you sleep on the first floor, you'll hear the acoustic. For me someone who always sleeps with earplugs it wasn't a problem
