The staff were fantastic. They were super helpful and sweet. Dolores from the reception is an angel 😇💖 the bartender was really cool too, and the manager of the restaurant. The food was delicious and we had various things every day. The fruits for dessert - always fresh and yummy. Many many things to choose from. The rooms are nice, we had a lovely view and the bed was very big. The beach is two minutes away, Barcelona is 1 hour by train. Trains are very nice, but you need to take a taxi to the train station for about 10 euros. Calella is a lovely town and I'd love to visit again.

The rooms weren't perfectly cleaned 😕 the lady who cleaned our floor didn't pay attention to some things. There isn't a fridge in the room. Also the doors were super noisy and when someone closed their door everybody could hear the slam. And there's no drain in the bathroom so every day after taking a shower the bathroom was soaking.

Quiet safe area, breakfast, lunch and dinner always have more choices. Enjoy shower big water pressure like massage and hot water. AC working properly.

Receptionist speak English very well, but staff need more learning. School big group in hotel, long queue at dinner and food was finished and they take different however I wish what was before even dessert gone not refill. The room daytime didn't relax because next to the hotel was construction. Facilities list I see available laundry but don't have when I asked. One of them staff was make us disappointed at dinner just started eating and standing next to table we must paying drink I don't know what think about, we will run away without paying bills. Normal everywhere when finished eating pay the bill.

Excellent staff. Amazing breakfasts, lots of things to choose from - cold, warm, sweet or not, fruit, vegetable, teas, coffee and juices. Working AC in the room. Bathroom part of the room. Comfortable beds. Great room service.

Could hear noise from the other rooms above us (for example running water), or from the hall (had room next to elevators). But we were ready, so slept with ear plugs. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

We’ve returned to this establishment for a decade. Family run & welcoming. We’ve felt welcomed, safe, food & hygiene good. I’m no dog lover but the animals did not detract from the cleanliness. Change of bedding every 4 days or towels as requested is great.

My only gripe was animals were well behaved but sadly at the pool edge clients were miserable & expressed discomfort if pool used. Either by playing children, teens or adults. Such observers would be better placed at the sun patio upstairs as opposed to the pool edge.

Good room, with a nice view from the balcony on the pool, street, and a little bit of a sea. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the sea. The breakfast and the lunch were pretty diverse, everyone could find what he liked: main dishes, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and cakes. The staff is very friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. There is also the bar so you can dance and drink cocktails after the lunch. Bartenders are very positive and cheerful.

It would be great to do a little renovation for the rooms.

We rested with my husband and with our little dog. Let's start in order. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, the check-in was very comfortable and fast. They gave a nice gift for our dog. It was very important for us that the hotel was friendly to dogs. Everything you need is in the room. There is a large balcony. We had a view of the courtyard. Next year we want to take with a sea view. 5 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to the dog beach. The food is incredibly tasty, and there is a very large variety. Everyone will choose something for themselves. A lot of meat, seafood, vegetables and fruits. They cleaned the room every day, changed the bedding. The service is cool. We are very grateful for such a vacation.

Excellent reception staff, footsteps from the beach. Very courteous staff in the kitchen (breakfast, Dinner, Pub - beautiful delicious food in abundance), Shower pressure excellent, air con excellent, beautiful location, the 10 pm singing, dancing performance is very good too - Thank you 👍🏻

Room size are tight, beds are very soft like water bed, bed linen covers are loose, room locks are extremely tight from inside, parking is extremely difficult as it is a a very busy beach (beautiful). We requested to clean the room the second day, but they didn't do it, despite requesting a couple of times (not a problem if genuinely they forgot). There is only one socket in the whole room which isn't really great position above the double bed without any desk/stool/table.

The wiew was excelent.

Brekfast starts only at 8:00. In booking com I ticked that I wand dinner too. In reality I got dinner without water to drink. Should have been all inclusive they said. How much more for water I have to pay at dinner if I can eat all I want? And in the booking com there was no info that dinner does not include water.

The hotel was very clean , food had a good choice and all was very good . The staff were very friendly . Clean towels and shampoos every day . Plenty of clean bedding . It had a great restaurant opposite the hotel which was excellent food . The beach was a five minute walk away great value for money holiday .

The first half an hour the tables outside were booked for dogs . So had to eat at 830 pm on an evening . It’s a shame the people with dogs can’t reserve a table at a set time then other guests would be able to use it from 8pm .

2nd time in this town little walk to main town but lots of great bars and restaurants on way hotel very good staff helpful and food good lots to choose from hotel has a restaurant and bar also at front and outside looking at the beach and the pool at side will recommend to all some of my friends stayed at other hotels and food was not good or rooms so came to our hotel for food and beers will go next year again
