The room, while small and not so nicely decorated as the rooms at Grupotel Maritimo, where I spent the first 2 nights, was very comfortable and clean. I loved the balcony, the responsiveness of the staff, the facilities, very good value for money. I booked with breakfast and dinner and at check-in I was given the option to pay 12 eur a day for lunch and all drinks (meals plus bar), which was awesome, it was totally worth it. Great tasty food. I left super early at 5 am and they offered to prep breakfast to go for the morning. Had a great time here!

Obviously the location it a bit of a walk, though manageable. Also, at the pool people have the bad habit to go in the morning, stay a few hours and then leave for 3-4 hours for lunch and siesta, leaving the sunbeds occupied. I used to go to the pool just after lunch and until 4 or 5 when I would go to the beach, and although there were few people by the people, all sunbeds were always occupied. This should be better organised and people should not be allowed to 'reserve" the beds like this while they are away for 3-4 hours.

This hotel completely exceeded all our expectations. Impressive as a 3-star hotel and far superior to other 4-star hotels where we stayed in Mallorca the previous year. We went with half board and everything was perfect in terms of breakfast and dinner and always with plenty of variety and options. Regarding the room, cleaning was carried out daily. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, which made the hotel atmosphere very familiar. We couldn't ask for more about the location, next to a lake, where we could have a great view during our meals and very close to Playa del Muro. We consider this hotel to have an excellent price/quality ratio and we are already thinking about repeating it next year.

Food was very tasty. Hotel staff always polite and helpful. Playa de Muro beach is exceptional 10/10 Confortable bathroom with nice shower

Very noisy rooms. Our room was the first on the corridor and closest to the stairs. Noise until midnight. There is a cabaret with night shows very loud too. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper. Towels should be renewed. More than one had holes on them. Beach towels are offered but only 2x week. I would prefer to pay a small fee and be able to use fresh towels every day for the beach. Rooms are quite small.

The hotel is a 10 min walk from Plajta de Muro, the staff are very welcoming and respectful, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Let’s not forget about the breakfast buffet (the food was various and very delicious, was worth it)

The AC in the room is facing the bed, I tried to change the direction of the vents and lower fans but it kept hitting me directly, plus when I opened the balcony door, an unpleasant smell came from outside, I think because my room was facing the lake

The hotel was very clean overall and had good facilities for the money. Roomes were cleaned everyday, pool area was nice and had enough seatings. Also temperature of water was stable. Very friendly and respectful staff, always present and ready to answer your questions. The beach nearby is simply incredible. Food variety was good and generally tasty. Entertainment was very nice and with good taste, not the loud and crazy entertainment you usually see at hotels. It was good live music and interactive activities lead by a very energic and kind lady.

Cakes selection was the weakest point. They were keep repeating.

I loved the breakfast! Tony and Pepito made the best omeletts ! Theres was a lot of different pastries, breads, fruits, eggs, etc! Also, there was a lot of variety during the dinners. Everyone was super nice and helpful, the room met our expectations and the hotel is near the beach, so you can go there by walking. The water is amazing!

There is no free water for the dinner, if you are not in a 'everything included' regime, you need to pay to drink water during the dinner.

This is going to be the review I wish I had before coming here, and I will try to be as objective as possible. -Staff- all people working there were wonderful. So friendly, so helpful, so kind. We felt like we were welcomed by the most welcoming team all the time. Anything they could help with, they did. Top! Entertainment team was also really good, took care of all aspects. -Room- the room is smaller than what you would ever expect. It does not feel suffocating due to how it's made, but smaller than any hotel I've been to. Closet space is small, but as a summer vacation we did not have that many big things with us. The room is also older looking than it appears in the pictures but this is not an issue for us, since the smell is ok and the AC worked good. The big terrace was a plus. -View- the view was gorgeous on both sides, both sides show pool and water/river views. On one side it's our pool, on the other side it's the neighbours pool. -Beds- the beds are rock hard, if you're into that it's fine. We asked for a soft top, they accomodated us and made it a lot better. One soft pillow per person. -Location- it's beautiful, it's 5 minutes away from the beach but also it's a lovely stay and atmosphere at the pool. It's not the most alive or youthful resort, but the peace and quiet overall was lovely. -Food&Drinks- we say "very good, very nice" haha. :) the food is delicious, fresh, variated, mostly cooked in front of you. You have all the choice you can imagine. Not all cocktails are all inclusive, but we had a good selection and every other drink or combination was available and yummy. The staff even made me Black Russians, even though they were never on the menu. :) lovelies! -Cleanliness- top! Everything was really always clean and impecable. -Other Remarks- buy mosquito repellent and stop complaining about beautiful nature and bugs.

We had two rooms booked for the start of our holiday before we went to our villa and on the last night before our flights. When we arrived at the start we were told that there was no room but we were to stay in their sister hotel which was 4 star. They paid for a taxi for us and the hotel was lovely. Stayed at this one on the last night and a really good three star hotel and the breakfast was lovely.

Evening entertainment was just a guy playing some tunes would have liked a singer or a band

The rooms were clean and they have daily cleaning service. Food had enough variety, all the staff was extra nice and always smiling. The best part was seeing them improve in small details: better pool snack, ending dinner a bit later. Definitely worth the money!
