Amazing place i have to say.Staff are super friendly from the cleaning ladies to manager.Very impressed.Food was great half board.Lots to choose from and very tasty.Room was decent no complaints with balcony.Shower was decent.Location perfect bus stop out side the door A32 bus took me to and from airport.All in all super value for money and i will be returning.I have told my friends already and they will also be going.

Everything was spot on and i would have gave it 10 out of 10 but one thing i know am being harsh.but the wifi kept knocking off.other than that a pleasant and enjoyable place to stay.highly recomend this hotel

Lovely clean and white hotel, every comfort, lovely food, staff are great, peaceful room, no outside or inside noise. 5 minutes walk to a lovely, if crowded, beach. I stayed also in the 4 star across the road and it was nowhere near as nice as this hotel, and this hotel was cheaper too.

Not a fan of Alcudia Beach area, there is no life and soul or central resort here, very bland area with no character, just one long sprawling road full of hotels and bars, but that is not the fault of the hotel! But you can get a bus to Alcudia old town very easily near hotel and that was really nice (as is Pollensa old town and Port de Pollensa), all easy to reach. So its a good base. Avoid Can Picafort by bus. Dreadful place.

Modern, clean, spacious room, good shower. Facilities are great.We enjoyed the pool and delicious cocktails . Good location close to the beach. Always lots of free parking on the street. Staff always very friendly, big thanks for the cleaning ladies as well. Quality of the food was the best,much better than other more expensive hotels on the island All in all excellent value/quality

As many other guests complained is the table allocation, wich has to be the same for the whole staying.If you are lucky to get a good table you're lucky.Some quests are enjoying to stay outside and some close to the kitchen door , where is incredible noisy.A little bit unfair The hotel is mostly with germans and elderly people, wich wasn't exactly bad..At least was quite and peaceful.But even most of the tv channels are in german to the point that you feel you're staying somewhere in Germany, not Spain.Unfortunately this is accurate for the big part of the island, that lose her authenticity.

Excellent!! Highly recommended. Sumptuous breakfast n dinner. The hotel doesn’t compromise on quality. Environment friendly too. If you opt out of daily cleaning of the room, you get a voucher for 15 euros for the drinks. Best of the BEST was the adorable cat - Hausmeister. Abso-mega-lutely lovable n well behaved. He greets every guest. The hotel is blessed to have this lucky mascot 🥰

The hotel is beautiful and it's for people that want to relax. It was quiet and you could always find a sunbed to relax. The 3 swimming pools on the outside are small but very clean and comfortable. We have never had the feeling of too many people even though the hotel was fully booked. The beach close by ( 3 min walk) is Platja del Muro and it's one of the best beaches in Mallorca. There are good restaurants near by and lots of supermarkets. The personal is very friendly and the vibe of the hotel is great. Spotless clean, good air-conditioning and smells fresh every time you come from the beach. There is an entire cleaning team that cleans every single spot in the morning and they are all so friendly and in a good mood. They made my morning when I was meeting them on the way to see the sunrise ( which is NOT TO be missed as the sun rises from the Sea). Breakfast was great with plenty of choices of food and fresh fruits. We would definitely come back!

The beds and the pillows are hard and there is no kettle in the rooms for coffee or tea in the morning. Also a bottle of water as a welcome gift could be nice because when you arrive at temperatures over 35 and you are thirsty from the trip you really don't want to go all the way back to the bar for a glass of water. This is a minimum in a 4* hotel! Also it would be nice to have even more Spanish dishes at breakfast.

Unbelievably good! When it comes to 4-stars on Mallorca with the rating 8+ they are all +- the same but Maritimo and the staff did all their best to make me booking another holidays with them already in the middle of my stay. First of all - food (both breakfast and dinner)! Really tasty, good variety, amazing grilled seafood, tasty pancakes, prosecco for breakfast and even good sushi. Usually in HM/FB/AI hotels (for example Grupotel Los principes & spa) all these thematic evenings are done just to put a checkmark in the list of "must" and often all these dishes are not tasty at all. In Maritimo I came each time for the second portion). Even food in snack bar is good (try grilled calamari)! Cocktails are ok, Mallorca-standard, local brand ice cream La Menorquina is good too. Another brilliant point is staff (especially Jose and Nina from reception-team) - everyone is professional, extremely friendly and ready to help. Enough sun-loungers (you shouldn't wake up at 6.00 am to book yours, there are always available, at least in September), everything is extra-clean, nice design and just 3-5 mins to the nicest beach.

The swimming pools (there are 3 of them, all very clean) are really old-fashioned, not that comfy and asking for renovation, artificial grass near the swimming pool maybe saves the water but looks and feels really odd. Many waiters in the restaurant don't speak good english which makes communication a little bit complicated - but it's a common issue for all Mallorca's hotels I think.

We arrived earlier but the hotel let us check in. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. Dinner offers lots of menus(fish etc) and delicious. The hotel and rooms look new and clean. A big shower room was comfortable with kids. The bus stop is 5 minutes walk(The airport bus(A32,13.5euro )and bus to palma station(302,9euro) ). The hotel is located at the end of d'alcudia Beach and the start of Platya de muro. The beach is sharrow water and white sand very beautiful beach. The staffs are very friendly and good manners.

location was amazing. hotel staff were amazing very helpful, very friendly, smiling all the time and professional. they even gave us a very nice gift and drink bottle for our honeymoon which was very nice of them.

- no room service in case we want to order something to our room. - we wished that the gym is open 24 hours or at lease maybe 6 am - 10 pm maybe. -snack bar timing were a bit tight for us 12 pm - 3:30 pm.

The hotel is in a good location, close to muro beach that for families is one of the best beaches to go to. Food is outstanding and the staff is very friendly, especially Isidoro (our waiter) always playing with our child and happy, and Mari ( Room maid) that was managing her time to clean our room in different times because our child was talking nap. It was my second time there and I will go back for sure.

They only have single beds that they put together to make a double bed, but it is not tied together, so when you roll to the middle the beds fall apart. And the pillow is not a real pillow, it's the size of a half pillow.

We loved our 10 night stay at the Maritimo! The location is excellent, the nearest beach is 5 minutes away and it's lovely and clean with plenty of beds (2 sun beds & an umbrella is €14.25). Plenty of small supermarkets, cafes & souvenir shops around. The breakfast was superb, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and welcoming whilst also creating a relaxed atmosphere. The bus stop outside the hotel has frequent busses to the Port, Alcudia Old Town and Playa de Muro which are all 10/15mins away. You can tap on the bus with a contactless bank card - the fare is €1.80 and it's very efficient. We didn't have dinner at the hotel or avail of the evening entertainment so I can't comment on that, but we would be very happy to stay here again around the same time of year.
