Location and the beach are fantastic and the day reception team is over friendly.

Night Shift was not ready to help us taking our luggage’s to the room even though it was raining and we had to use the street to reach the other building as all connecting doors were closed. The most disappointing thing is the restaurant staff. Non of them smiled even one time during our 10 days stay and the only answer they had was always “NO” to all requests. We were not allowed to add a chair to a 4 seat table even though we were 5 people and they were not ready to attached to tables for us. It was a disaster - like robots! The most unfriendly restaurant staff I have ever met. Nobody trained them to be friendly to paying customers and not act like machines but use some human sense!

The location of the hotel was perfect...close to lots of shops in town and most importantly for me, directly on the beautiful beach. The view from the room was excellent (side sea view room). The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa is a must visit...I got a facial and foot massage that were just fantastic.

Not much to not like to be honest, but a couple things to note. It would be great to have a tea kettle or coffee machine in the room. I love to have a cup of coffee on the balcony upon waking up. Hair dryer in the room could use an upgrade - not very powerful and you had to hold the power button for it to work the whole time. If you have a lot of/thick hair this could be a pain. As I was travelling alone, to getaway and relax, I did get some odd looks and comments from the staff at the main restaurant/buffet which made me feel out of place (as if they couldn't believe someone was travelling alone). These items are definitely not deal breakers, just things to take note of. I would absolutely visit the property again!

The property is very beautiful and has its own private beach. The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing and service was excellent. The location is ideal to explore the north part of Mallorca island. They have multiple outdoor swimming pools and one small indoor heated pool. They organized a lot of events for kids and it's the perfect destination for the family. The best part was watching sunrise !

The spa and jacuzzi close at 18:00 which is too early. We also requested a blanket to reception multiple times, but it never arrived 😕 The coffee machine and electric kettle were not available in the room which are nowadays an essential thing.

Amazing beach, great views, reception was amazing, gym was great, lots of good stuff at this hotel.

I didn't like the kids songs playing outside but that's par for course at places like this. There were also some mosquito problems but it wasn't horrible. The restaurant was needlessly expensive but it's typical for a buffet at a decent hotel.

the facility is beautiful and it’s always possible to find a spot to relax around the pools in the big green area surrounding the buildings, the pools, the beautiful beach close by, the kindness of the staff at breakfast and dinner, the great buffet and variety of the food and the entertainment for kids

the apartments should be renovated as they are not at the same level of the rest of the resort. lots of ants all over the apartment all the time from the moment we checked in. coming from cracks in the wall, between panels etc. the personnel cleaning the apartment do really their best but this is a systemic problem. we had a bad experience with the airport transfer organized for us and got no help from the person at the reception at that time risking us to lose the plane.

Excellent structure with great pools and beautiful garden. Unfortunately the season does't yet allow to swim as the water is cold, The staff is absolutely wonderful, all so nice and friendly! Really everyone!! Gold medal to Monica at the recepttion and Esperanza / Juan at the restaurant. But really everyone is really customer oriented. Well, only 1 exception, Mr. J...s at the reception who is unfriendly and seems not to enjoy being there, anyway. Buffet was really good with a wide choice.

If you book via Booking you cannot chose the room and you end up in a category that I didn't like as we were facing the street. There are hundreds of room facing the sea... a real pity!!

Location was perfect for the 312, good facilities for cyclists and large rooms (we had a garden suite, an apartment, a sea view room and the top floor hotel suite). The buffet was fresh and varied for the majority of things. The Royal Suite has an amazing view and terrace and was extremely nice. The bar staff in the main bar were friendly as were the breakfast team. Half board is good value but €40pp for dinner is too much when it’s self service and there is a really nice fish restaurant at the roundabout right next door.

The breakfast coffee is self service like in a service station; the fruit juices are sugar mixes and not fresh; you’re not allowed to sit two families together; the check in and out facilities are terrible (2 poor staff dealing with so many people). Luna beach bar you can’t sit at a table of more than 4 unless it’s around the corner with the mosquitoes. V limited parking during 312 and no guidance on where to park outwith their grounds and lots of people got towed. There is no private beach, there is a charge for the loungers and no beach bar. Nice, clean beach though.

Here is what we mainly loved: - Absolutely great location, right on the "playa de Muro" beach - which is amazing - Loads of entertainment options: Tennis, Padel, Football, Beach Volley, dancing classes, etc. there is a lot going on - Very good breakfast - Amazing Spa and Fitness Overall a super nice place to spend holidays at. We loved it!

If there were a few downsides to highlight we would say: - Water of the pools was very cold! Couldn't swim once during our stay - If you are a family never mind, but if not, just be aware that there are loaaaaads of babies / young children - 15 minutes from Alcudia by car, not that far but you always need the car - Almost all of the activities highlighted above (Tennis, Padel, etc.) are at a cost and not free. Nonetheless, they organize activities where you wouldn't have to pay

We had an amazing stay. The resort is next to the beach and the surfschool and the grass is very well maintained. They offer various activities and there are enough sunbeds in the resort area, with view on the beach and the sea. Buffet food was good and varied breakfast.

A pity that they change the towels every day, even if they're not put on the floor, so our environmental efforts were for nothing. The animators don't know some of the sports activities they offer, so the clients need to explain them 😀

Breakfast was amazing - so many choices even for vegetarians and most of the menu changed every day so that it is not boring to eat the same food when you stayed longer. The resort itself is very big, right on the beach. The resort puts a bracelet tag on you during checkin and that's all you need to get in, get out, eat at different restaurants / bar salons in house and pay. That was very convenient as you don't have to carry your key card etc. especially when you go to the beach. The resort has a fence and locked gates around to keep you safe. The resort itself is approx. 1 hour drive away from the airport. There is a direct bus from airport to reach resort. There are several shops and restaurants in the neighborhood but not many choices for vegetarians. We stayed at Apartment. It has a small kitchen and a few pots and pans - not so many but just sufficient for 2 or 3 people. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The living room has a TV, sofa beds and dining table. The frontal sea view is enjoyable only from higher floors. There's a balcony with sit out too. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor swimming pool and 1 hot water Jacuzzi. The indoor pool and the big outdoor pool are heated. There is a Dinner buffet, but we didn't opt for it. No other restaurants in house for dinner. There is an entertainment zone with Xbox kind of games and there is a small indoor kids play area which is well equipped with Ball pits, Legos, scooters etc. There are also outdoor swings and slides etc. for kids. There is a Spa, a gym, and a haircut salon. There is also a small supermarket, badminton and table tennis courts in the resort. Overall, it's a nice place to stay especially with kids who just love to play in the beach, sand or in the pool.

The sofa beds in the living room are not comfortable at all. In house supermarket or the shops outside are good for drinks and snacks etc. But if you are looking for some fresh vegetables, fruits or good bread - then these are not available here. The very little number of vegetables we found in all these places were at least a month old. Recommend going to the nearby Lidl etc. (you need to take a bus or taxi to go there) to buy some fresh foods. Requested for higher floor but unfortunately got the room on ground floor.
