The location is fabulous and set right on a pretty square with restaurants around it. The Plaza Mayor is just around the corner. The university and it's fabulous buildings, plus the cathedral are a short stroll away. You can't beat having your own little kitchen. We requested an inner courtyard room for quiet. At first, the room looked cramped, but there is a place for everything and it is great. Bed was big (king) and very comfy. Lighting and outlets were nice. Bathroom was modern and not cramped. The kitchen is tiny, well equipped, and it was so nice to have, although we mostly ate out. The designer did a great job. The breakfast is very nice and includes boiled eggs, fresh oj, cafe con leche, and an assortment of meats, cheeses, croissants, and other goodies. It's not a huge buffet but it is very adequate. The kitchen lady was so friendly and we loved her. She spoke only Spanish but her communication style is understandable in any language. We loved the receptionist, who was as friendly and helpful as could be; her English was quite good. Even the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. There is a top floor relaxation room and a small outdoor deck with seating and views over the city. You can't drive a car up to it and the garage is a bit hard to get to (just follow Google maps), but once you do it, you're set! Stay a minimum of 2 nights to feel like you settle in and have plenty of time to wander the streets and sights.

We liked everything.

All the staff we met at the hotel as well as communicated with by email was very friendly and service minded. The suites are well planned, well equipped and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is really good with local dishes, freshly squished oranges and lots more. The location is perfect for visiting the old parts of Salamanca, central but not noisy. We were on a roundtrip in Spain and visited different places and stayed in various hotels. The friendly treatment and the ambience in Salamanca made our stay here our favorit part of the journey. We definitely recommend the Salamanca Suites Studios for everyone that plan to visit this nice city,

Nothing to dislike

The warm helpful staff, in particular, Asunción. The Busbud online ticketing got wrong and changed my next destination. Asunción helped me to book train tickets from Salamanca to Segovia and claim refund from Busbud. She spent quite sometime to help me out and was such a wonderful person and efficient lodging manager. The studio was superb and our two day stay was one of the best staying away home experiences we have ever had. A 10 out of 10 score isn’t enough for us to recommend the property to the travel public. So please find and book this place if you’re going to Salamanca!

Nothing at all.

The room was in a great location in the old town in a beautiful little square. We only stayed for one night, but the room was pleasant whilst small but it was well equipped amd the bathroom was awesome especially the shower. The staff were all fantastic and friendly, even the host in the breakfast room was lovely despite not speaking any English we got across what we wanted and she was very friendly. The receptionist was also very friendly and spoke excellent english as well as giving us a map and some ideas of ehere to go. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Salamanca.

The room needed a couple of small repairs, nothing major mainly finishing touches or fixes after something had been bashed ,(there was a loose bracket around the light fitting on one side of the bed) other than that there was nothing major.

The reception / checkin / contact with Rosa was absolutely welcoming and nice. The room is not the biggest, but everything was thought of and available. Very high quality in a limited space. Breakfast and the breakfast lady were superb, made us coffee and fresh orange juice. Even the parking in the Parking Le Mans was no problem at all, although I was very afraid of the system of parking in two rows and the fact that you sometimes need to leave the car key there. But Salamanca old town has limited space and so that system and the service was really good and a new experience. The location is brilliant as well, everything is in a short walking distance and Rosa was happy to explain us a nice evening walk. We will return soon.

The room was smartly laid-out, having a place for everything we needed, and didn't feel cramped at all. Centrally located, right on a plaza with several restaurants right in the same building. After-hours checkin using a kiosk to obtain our key card went smoothly. The recommended parking garage was just a block or two away.

Since the hotel is on a plaza, you can't pull up right in front to unload, but the parking garage is nearby. There are about 8-10 steps to get up to the lobby, but then there are elevators to get up to the rooms.

This hotel was in a fantastic location in a lively square just a few steps from the main Plaza Major. All sites were within walking distance. The reception lady was wonderful, always cheery and helpful. The room was clean and modern and perfect for our needs. Definitely would recommend. Loved the patisserie in the square for our morning cake!

The central type heating of the rooms made it difficult to adjust although staff were very prompt to rectify once we mentioned it. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It is on a great location, which is just a stone throw away from Plaza Mayor. plenty of eating places to pick from - either at Plaza Mayor or at the hotel's doorstep. It's in a very safe location. Perfect for a solo traveling woman like me. I absolutely love my room with balcony as i like the fresh air. The staff are great and friendly. The place is clean and tidy. It's a nonsmoking quiet hotel.

It can be noisy as it's on a square surrounded by restaurants, particularly in the weekend. But i don't mind this at all due to its location. However, i found that my room was too hot for me to sleep in despite having lowered the temperature. So, i had my balcony door open to let the air in. I just slept with ear plugs. However, the double glazing door to my balcony did shut out the noises. Despite this minor thing, i would still stay here.

Location is great, very central to everything with a lovely tapas down the road. The apartment was fabulous, large, very clean with a great layout that worked well for a family of 4 (including 2 young children). The staff were super friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The swimming pool could have been bigger but the rooftop bar was great and there was plenty of seating.

Firstly all of the staff we met at the Studios were very polite. On arrival, we met Macu at reception and found her to be so warm and charming. She immediately made myself and my daughter feel very much welcome. Throughout our stay she could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Then when we left the Studios after quite a long bus journey, we arrived at the airport to discover that we had left some cash and our passports in the safe at the Studios. Feeling very distressed, I called reception and thankfully reached Macu. She honestly could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond the call of duty, making several calls trying her ultimate best to get our belongings to us on time for the flight and she succeeded. Only for Macu, we would have missed our flight, leaving us with a terribly complicated situation. Thank you so much Macu!
