Almost a perfect hotel. In the very center of the city, with a lot of sightseeing spots and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was better than in some German 4-star hotels (although it is a 3-star hotel). They even give a large breakfast to go for those who check out too early. WLAN and TV functioned perfectly. It was very dark and quite in the room at night so that one can sleep without any problems. The room was cleaned up every day. Soap and shampoo were available in the sufficient quantity. Air conditioning kept temperature at pleasant 23 degrees Celcius in spite of heat outside.

Really tiny rooms.

The room was cozy and offered basic necessities. A good place to stay a couple of nights. The hotel is right on Plaza Mayor so there is no better location to stay in Salamanca. There are plenty of good restaurants within a few meters. Parking is at one of the local parkings away from the hotel. When we arrived, some parkings were complete, but we managed to find one about 400m away. The included breakfast was the best we ever had. Great food selection, fresh and delicious.

Our stay at Sercotel Las Torres Plaza Mayor was fantastic. We booked this hotel for the location and view of the Plaza Mayor, but the exceptional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, and impeccably clean hotel made our stay exceptional.

Although historic buildings can pose limits and challenges for renovation, the only drawback for this hotel is the bathroom. Although there is a door on the bathroom it is a glass swing door which means no privacy in the bathroom.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and as this was my last visit after my daughter living in Salamanca for 6 months I booked a room with a view over Plaza Mayor. This was absolutely fantastic. The room was really comfortable, small desk area with a coffee machine, brilliant view over Plaza Mayor. The bathrooms here are equiped with shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The beds are really comfortable with 2 pillows. The breakfast is buffett style, good coffee and this room also looks out over Plaza Mayor. I really liked it and it only lacks a bar.

Finding the hotel. Sat nav kept trying to take us through pedestrian areas when the address is used. An email explaining the parking situation and pedestrian areas was unclear so could be updated to explain that the hotel is located within a pedestrian area and so the addresses for the suggested parking locations should be used while driving and hotel directions used once parked. Room was small but comfy

This hotel has a very central location being very near the Plaza de Mayor. It is situated in the old quarter and the hotel is in an old stone building that has been modified. It is also off a narrow pedestrian street , so its very quiet at night. The breakfast room has the added bonus of overlooking the Plaza.

Nothing to dislike

Very nice hotel overall! The staff was helpful and friendly. Very clean. Superb location just in the centre of the city (the hotel is at the Plaza Mayor and Concejo street). Good wi-fi. The breakfast is very tasty and the selection is wide, moreover, you eat with a view over the Plaza Mayor, which is additionally nice. Free water and beautiful flowers greet you at the reception. The rooms looking at inner courtyard are very quiet. Double rooms are spacious enough. Good cosmetics and a lot of towels offered in the room. The hairdryer was o superb quality. The staff speaks English, so if you don't speak Spanish it is a plus too.

I really can't complain. The single rooms are quite small, though. Also, the rooms are not really silence proof, sometimes the sounds from stairs or corridor are quite loud, but it is not a real trouble.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. Thanks to the lady at reception who suggested an upgrade we enjoyed bigger room and beautiful view to Plaza Major. As we are family of 4 the bigger room helped a lot. The aparment has very spacious and well equipped bathroom, beds and pillows are very comfortable. And of course it's easy to reach places of interest of Salamanca. The parking is easy to find and it's really few minutes of walking from the hotel. Just mind the stairs to Plaza Major...

It would be nice to have more security to the upper bed (2 level bed) for kids like higher rails or anything. If kid is small it's a risk of falling down.

I would need to add a dislike. The upgrade to our room was not that great as very noisy in the street ( room view street ) due to drunk people...One of the windows needs some isolation and fixing in our opinion. The gallery in the plaza seems to be the place where party people hang out to end their night..The reason why lots of shouting around 5 am....in the morning. Not very pleasant.

Location, location, location. It’s in the center of the old town perfect for you go visit all the sites in minutes. The bed is quite comfy but no extra pillow which may be a minus point.

The room is very small, hardly to put 2 big luggages. The room is the same size even we have upgraded with a balcony view with extra money.
