When my partner was taken very on the first morning of our stay, the staff on duty in the restaurant and reception were outstanding. They organized paramedics without any delay and ensured that an fluent English speaker stayed with all the time to liaise with the medics. My partner refused the offer of going to hospital, the staff said that they would summon a doctor if required at any time and had the liaison officer from the hospital come to see me and explain what they could do for us if she needed to eventually be admitted to his hospital. The chef specially made for her plain chicken soup etc. to help her regain strength by eating something. They even kept asking about my welfare due to the situation and ensuring that I ate I found that to be brilliant. All in all a superbly run hotel. The location is ideal for the Cathedral literally three minute walk. I know this because I never went further than that whilst my partner was bed ridden. Fantastic Hotel Fantastic staff. We will book here again to enjoy Cordoba and enjoy this wonderful hotel and city together.

The stay at the hotel was really very pleasant. The location is excellent, literally in front of the Mozquita and a 5-minute walk from any attraction. The decor of the lobby and the interior patio are beautiful, in perfect Cordobesque style, super neat and clean. There is pprsibo of fresh flavored water always available to customers and the staff on hand 24/24h always smiling. Excellent value for money. With a small upgrade, you can have rooms with a mosque view and they are soundproofed from the noise of the square. Excellent body creams and shampoos available in private bathrooms. The breakfast deserves special mention because it was very varied and the quality of the food was superb! Lots of fruit and already peeled, unforgettable apple pie and delicious savory fried pans. Very good!!!

The rooms were a bit old and impersonal compared to the style of the common parts of the hotel, and the Wi-Fi was terrible (very unstable). Sometimes we had to hook up at the Starbuck next door...the bathroom could have used a makeover, but at least there was a bidet!

Welcoming reception. Given lovely spacious room with outlook over terracotta roofs trees and a church bell. Light room with terrace doors and window. Heatwave so too hot to sit in terrace. Aircon effective but a bit noisy Room well appointed with courtesy water and small quiet fridge. Wifi fine Super clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Quiet room with no noise in or out. Slept very well Excellent value for money. Location so good. directly across from mosque. Close to all main historic sites and museums About 20 min easy walk to train and bus. Carrefour minutes away open Sunday

The location was perfect; the room was right across from the mosque so the view was excellent; the front desk agents were helpful and able to store our bags as we were early, the man in the cafe was kind and helpful, the room was a great size and very clean

The breakfast was not good. The juice was too acidy and rancid, the coffee was terrible and one machine was not working; the tortilla was ok, everything else was not, the fruit was not ripe yet, the meats and cheeses tasted as though they had been out a while - was disappointed, ended up having to find another place to get something to eat after paying 20 euros for terrible food

The hotel is at the corner of the Grand Mosque, in the center of the Jewish Quarter. My room can see the Mosque directly and was spacious, clean and very comfy. The on site dinner and the breakfast were both great. The front desk staffs were all very friendly and professional, especially Silvia who patiently and kindly answered all the questions for the guest ahead of me when we were checking: we appreciate such patience and kindness the staff demonstrated to every guests, not just me myself. When it's my turn, she demonstrated the same quality of service! Definitely love the service.

If any, I would love to see a bit expansion of the dinner menus. But I am happy with what was present3ed to me.

Location is right at the Cathedral. The entrance is literally facing the Cathedral. Since Cordoba is small, you are basically within a short walking distance from everything by staying here. The room was comfortable and AC was working very well on a very hot day. Room was clean and I really liked the shower.

Since it is right next to the Cathedral, you can hear the bells ringing at scheduled times. But I didn't hear them during the night, and it only began after I woke up so it was fine. It is a good walk from the bus/train station so a taxi is recommended if you do not want to walk.

Need to improve breakfast area staff, old lady attitude was weird, I used my own tea bag to make out the tea, because you people didn’t provide english tea. Also strange thing happened when we finish our breakfast we went up in our room, after that my ask me to get coffee so I went again to get the coffee, but that old lady refused to give us a coffee, she said you can’t get it, she said we were their earlier....it was very small thing which feel insulted in a way. Any how other than that everything was great and people on reception were great.

The location was perfect, right next to the Mezquita. We got a room with an amazing view of the belltower. The room was spacious and very bright and clean. It looked like the room was updated/renovated not too long ago. There was also a very nice "courtyard" on the ground floor where we had dinner. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also very good, with a lot of options. We stayed in a total of 4 hotels during this trip in Andalucia, and this one was by far the best one we stayed in.

Nothing really, We had dinner in the hotel, and it was not my favorite, but that's just my personal taste as there were many options.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town,. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips on how to enjoy the city despite our very short stay (one night). The room and the bathroom were spacious with a lot of storage space in big closets, the bed was comfortable. Sure the furniture is old and a bit outdated but given that the location is in old town it matches the general vibe :)

Very small TV without any smart function and only channels in Spanish. The two paper boxes with water in the mini fridge were charged 5 euros. Overall a bit too pricey but ok for a one night stay.

Excellent location just next to the Mezquita. Hotel provided detailed information on how to get there by car due to some road constructions and confirmed parking space 30 mins before our arrival. The front desk staff was very nice and we were upgraded to a room with direct cathedral views. The optional breakfast was really good with many choices.

This is just a suggestion. It would be very helpful if the hotel can install some warning devices in sync with the opening garage door. The cars need to maintain some speed to climb up the steep ramp when exiting the garage. But there are a lot of people walking across the garage driveway unaware of outgoing cars. It's really dangerous for both drivers and pedestrians. Some sort of warning signals will definitely help here.
