Location less than 10 min walk from the Mesquita and other spots. Good room size, breakfast service and convenient parking.

Room check in is at 3pm. Our room wasn’t ready and we were told that it would take another 15 min. After waiting for an hour, we gave up, stored our suitcases and visited the town. The shower had hair in the metal flooring. The mattress was leaning towards the middle.

This is ideally situated to enable visitors to explore Cordoba and at the end of our floor there was a wonderful view of the old town. Due to its location, this is a great place to stay if you are arriving by car as you don't end up getting embroiled in the tiny streets in the old city where lots of other hotels are situated. The rooms are spacious and quite unusual in that you come in through the bathroom. This took a little getting used to but after a while we quite liked it - this allowed for a spa bath and a double shower! We had a wonderful view from our room. The location is perfect for visiting the Mezquita and we have fallen in love with Cordoba. It is one of our favourite cities that we visited during our Andalusian road trip. If you get a chance visit the mosque and the Sephardi museum. This is a fascinating insight into the Golden Age of the town and the subsequent inquisition.

The breakfast was okay - it's possibly not the best that we have had during our fortnight travelling around.

It’s very well located. A large hotel with a lot of facilities, including car parking. Huge choice of breakfast. lovely rooftop swimming pool.

One of us has to use a walk-in shower due to a back injury. The hotel claimed to have no walk in showers except in a disabled suite. This was quite bizarre as there was a set of lights which came on when you reached the bathroom door. And there was no way of putting them off if you just walked around in the end of the room where the bathroom is they came on. After a very disturbed night with the lights coming on the hotel said they had no way of fixing these. So we ended up Sellotaping a cotton pad over the sensor. Its purpose mystified us because if you were disabled, you still had to get out of bed and reach the bathroom door,before the lights came on.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Upon check in they gave us cold fresh juice and soda/wine drinks chilled. We paid for the parking with our room and it was very convenient under the hotel. We were close to the main attractions in Cordoba. We ate at the marketplace close to the hotel and it was very good. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and inexpensive drinks.

Wish breakfast in the restaurant was included in the room price. The price per night is slightly high for not including breakfast. However this hotel is rated as a 5 star and most 5 star hotels do not include breakfast. We were aware of this when booking. Great stay overall and friendly helpful staff. Very clean hotel.

We were greeted by a charming receptionist (male) who checked us in earlier than we had expected. The double room on the fifth floor was spacious with elegant monochrome decor. From there we had our first sight of the old city of Cordoba-glorious. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. All the staff we encountered were helpful and courteous despite our poor Spanish. The swimming pool and terrace area were relaxing zones. It was easy to walk into the old quarter and not far from the bus/train stations either.

The swimming pool water was on the chilly side but April is the beginning of the season!

It is a perfectly convenient hotel, but there is nothing memorable about it. Not sure I can completely reconcile anything about it with the five star rating, but then the price was also not five stars, so overall I did not feel short changed. Location is convenient, the historic center is just across the road, and breakfast is of excellent quality.

The bed is a bit old and worn out, and the pillows are tragic. Also, there is a feature in the room with sensor activated light right by the room entrance that cannot be switched off, so if you get up during the night, the sensor activated light will stay on for a while which is annoying. On the second night we managed to put some carboard over it which solved the problem.

Great location. Nice size and clean room. Well equipped. Water in lobby is nice. Car park on site which is very helpful.

Why only water bottle in room for the first night only???? Such a false economy and ridiculous for guests who paying quite a lot for rooms there and staying for more than one night. Should be a free bottle of water in room every day of stay. Such a small token and cost for hotel..Also room facing road which was noisy so was difficult to sleep at night too.

I have always liked the location which is very close to the old town which is very convenient for visitors. I also was happy with the very cooperative staff in the reception. They were very friendly and offered help all the time and were always around when needed. The food is great especially the breakfast which I would describe as royal in its abundance and quality. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice and friendly.

this hotel is fabulous! Excellent location with easy walking distance of all the attractions. Fantastic staff, from reception to restaurant, housekeeping, bar staff absolutely faultless! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone and our stay was for our wedding anniversary and was truly a memorable one. Our room was a junior suite and was superb with excellent facilities and views! Cordoba is a beautiful place and well worth a visit and we cannot recommend this hotel enough.

absolutely nothing - totally perfect from start to finish.

Gorgeous room, spacious, lots of places where to put things, lots of light, view on the main avenue. We loved the bathroom with 2 showers and an amazing bathtub with whirlpool. Bed was super comfy. Hotel lounge elegant and modern, lemon water always ready, piano sessions in the evening. Elevator with a view. Easy to find parking spots just around the hotel. Great location to move around on foot everywhere.

It may be a bit noisy at night cause of traffic but it didn't bother us really.
