The bedroom was great, really spacious, the bed and pillows were amazingly comfy, the products in the bathroom were amazing and you literally have everything you need (conditioner, body cream, hairdryer). The gym is perfect, so is the rooftop with the beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was a bit pricy but really really good.

I did not not like anything but there is no way of check-in early even a bit, and if you have a car it’s a struggle to find a parking spot nearby (we struggled for nearly twenty minutes)

Very modern hotel with lots of facilities including free laundry, access to the gym and rooftop pool. The bar was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful

We couldn’t get the air con to work so had to have the window open at night and the warmth and noise did make it hard to sleep.

The room was clean, very comfortable bed, big tv, modern furnishings in the room, use of wooden hotel cards and do-not-disturb door hanger (not plastic). Hip water tetrapacks, fruit-flower flavored sodas, more chocolate provided in the room. Bathroom is big and clean, good shower, and fragrant good brand of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap and lotion. We availed of the free laundry and dryer. You download the app and can easily see if the machines are available and when your laundry is done. Brilliant! I'm definitely happy with this hotel!

Garage parking is 20 euro per day but (they should advise guests) street parking is only 3.80 euro for 24 hrs. Saturday afternoon and Sunday is even free street parking.

Comfortable, quiet room. 30 minute walk to the centre of town. Great location if you have a car and need to have a place to park

food in bar for dinner limited but food was good except deserts one advertised as tiramisu was in fact melting coffee ice cram and some pastry no wardrobe just some hanging rails and shelves breakfast was good cold meats bacon scrambled eggs baby potatoes but same every day for 10 days ie no fried eggs, beans pastries were crossaints muffins maderia cake and some days mini doughnuts no variety

A very modern hotel, attracting a younger business-y focused crowd in a part of San Sebastian that's somewhat but not too far away from the main attractions of the city. The Social Hub has good facilities: a rooftop bar and pool, a gym, laundry rooms, a communal kitchen, restaurant and more which can make a slightly longer stay, or a stay for work, more pleasant. Parking is available on-site for the somewhat high fee of 20 EUR/day, but if you find parking on one of the nearby streets (of which there is plenty) it's much cheaper at ~4 EUR/day. If you're arriving late, you may have little choice, but you will definitely find something if you have time to move the car on the next day. The rooms themselves are large, very clean and comfortable and come with a number of random of freebies, including a carton of water, tea and coffee, condoms and a local (to Spain at least) cake. Bathrooms were spotless. Staff very friendly and can give you advice about the area and city. There is everything you need nearby, including supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. Overall, very good stay.

The modern style may not be for everyone and this hotel is clearly used for hosting workshops, meaning everything is locked up to ensure that non-guests don't use the facilities. It can be mildly tedious. The city centre is about a 10 min bus ride or 25 minute walk (it's along the river and very nice).

New hotel with lots of facilities ie laundry, bikes, table tennis tables, rooftop pool. The hotel takes a casual approach, similar to a hostel set up but with private rooms and bathrooms. It’s suitable for families and couples who don’t want a more formal hotel. It has a great bar and restaurant and staff are all very friendly.

During our stay there was a football tournament for kids and there was lots of noise in our corridor. Our complaint was dealt with immediately and we were moved to a quiet floor and offered a free breakfast.

Very clean and modern. Room was a great size, cleaned every day and nice products jn the bathroom. Communal space is nice, inviting and friendly. Staff were friendly. Pool area was fantastic- so nice to be able to just stop. The area the hotel is in has some nice bars/ eateries that are v friendly snd much cheaper than town.

The TV system was not working. We mentioned this a few times but were just told ' we are having problems with it' We were there 5 nights and it wad unresolved....yet is So Smething we have paid for. We did not mind the walk to town. Some may find it a bit far...

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was new, only opened a few months earlier so everything looked and was pristine. Location although a little too far outside of old town San Sebastian for walking in fortunately there was an excellent bus service 200 metres away which allowed us full access to the town day and night.

The offer to bid for a room upgrade...an option that I took by offering 20 euros per night extra...however I was disappointed with the upgrade as the room looked exactly like the one that we had already booked. It seemed like a bit of a con just to get extra money and an option I would not use again!

This is super new, rooms are a great size. Comfy bed, smashing shower. Lobby is fun with TT n lots of hang out spaces you can eat, work, rest or play. It’s a young vibe even us older folks joined in with the Sunday DJ set. Roof top pool & bar is amazing. It’s a pleasant stroll thru park to town & jump the bus back. We explored the area around SH visited a couple of bars & cafes which were not as expensive. Definitely would stay again. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived bonus free glass of wine while we waited, not too shabby.

There’s a kettle but no cups for a room cuppa. I guess it’s a European thing to drink tea/coffee from a glass, it roasts ur fingers.
