Bed was comfortable, heating in room worked well. Room size was good.
No reception. Received 8 emails about hotel check in process. Person on demand via the phone. The bathroom was filthy, long black hair on the shower wall, bathtub and floor.

remote check-in system, on the phone with a receptionst located god knows where, who gives you instruction how to open the front door and find your room key like in a treasure hunt. Totally ludicrous. Nobody in the building, no breakfast. small room, not well furnished. Located in a pedestrian alley, you need to park 200 mt away and carry your luggage with you

Good location for old town. Room was fine and bed comfortable
We couldn’t get in when we arrived and had to wait about 25 minutes to check in. The manager didn’t come down to help but kept calling through an intercom to a very nice woman who tried to help us. They quoted me a price higher than the one I booked at and then insisted I pay cash. I only paid the quoted price but it was quite stressful. Every time you go out you have to ring a bell to get let in and it is not always quick. A lot of these problems would be helped with a door code or automatic fob.
