Beautiful hotel inside and out! Easy to find and there was parking on the street about 20 meters from the hotel entrance. We were in room 6 which was actually up one flight via elevator and then 1 flight of stairs. The room was large with a beautiful wood beam ceiling. Beds were comfortable and bathroom facilities nice (double sink). We slept great as it was quiet all night. The staff was friendly and gave suggestions for restaurants and bars.

This is a very characterful hotel in a great location and with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It's easy to walk to everything in Osuna and we could park the car safely right outside the main entrance. The room was very large and comfortable overall.

The breakfast selection is a bit limited and fresh juice, fruit and bread would have been nice. However, the staff were very relaxed about getting more coffee and not hurrying us.

A fantastic period hotel which used to be a private small palace. Close to the town centre and sights. The property is beautifully furnished and the building oozes character. The staff were friendly and helpful and any query was fixed immediately. The town itself is typical Spanish architecture and very beautiful. Great just wondering down the streets around the hotel.

Be aware that the streets are narrow and mostly one way, with street parking only. Also time your visit as the bullfighting ring other attractions may be closed until the weekend.

The hotel is a historic mansion in the most beautiful street in Europe (according to UNESCO) and you could easily say you stayed in a museum and not be wrong. The rooms were spacious and the common grounds beautifully decorated and tended to.

The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, which turned out not to be an issue, as we found parking very close. The breakfast was okay, but it could be improved with eggs and some more hearty options.

Very friendly staff, fantastic unbelievable building. You feel to live in a castle. Very quiet area. We were lucky to find a parking place on the street, near the hotel. The small city center and the university area are reachable by foot.

The furnishings were partly in keeping with the age of the house, everything was nice, but not quite up to date. Not really a problem, but it is better to know.

We loved the building, so beautiful and so much history!! Our room was very clean and the bed was confortable. The room was very spacious. Is located in the center of town in a little street with a magnificent front door from 1700 hundreds.

I think we missed the fact that there wasn't a coffee machine and a little refribar in the room. Parking on the street was a tad difficult, due to repairs the city is doing in that area.

A unique and historic hotel - a pleasure to enter it's splendid doorway. Beds comfortable and bathroom adequate. All Osuna's sights are within walking distance.

The decor needs refreshing though retaining its historical and architectural appeal.

Location, ambience and staff

Availability of coffee/ drinks. It was possible to order and refreshments served anywhere, but being British we didn’t like to feel we were inconveniencing anyone. We would have been happier with a regular bar/ café

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast, which came in a number of instalments, was very nice and there was a great selection of fruit.

I did have to fix the plumbing (detached cistern fitting) when I arrived, but apart from that, being able to sit out on the beautiful Baroque balcony of the main suite on the prettiest street in Europe (according to Unesco), was a delight.

It was spotless clean, the building is gorgeous and there was a cat around 🙂.

Overall everything was excellent or decent, but from my point of view, the pillows could be a bit better and breakfast a bit more varied.
