The office closes at 9:00 PM and my train from Seville was late. It was stressful because I arrived at 9:02 PM and the receptionist had already closed the door and there was no answer on the phone number provided. At about 9:07 a receptionist opened the door(after sending an arrival notification email, while standing outside the entry) with the receipt and keys to the apartment. I had sent an email in transit to notify the receptionist of our possible delay, and they didn't charge me with their standard €20.00 fee for arrivals after 9:00PM. I am thankful not to have incurred the extra €20.00 fee.

The Apartment only had the minimum necessities, 2 small containers of shampoo/body wash, and 2 plastic toothbrushes in the bathroom and towels.

The location is really nice the place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

The car park is a bit of a disaster. Its very small and we got a bump and some scratches. We were driving so can't blame anyone but the car park is very small and even the turn in to enter it is small. I'm sure if your familiar with it then you would be used to it. I'll park on the street next time. There is a lot of parking around.

I had troubles about my check-in and the usage of laundry machine but staff there always took care of them very well to solve. I really appreciate it.

Wi-Fi doesn’t work almost at all.

Elegant palace located in a quiet street but close to the restaurant and tapas bar area. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff at the check in was very friendly and gave us a lot of information and suggestions. The swimming pool is small but nice.

Just a minor thing for us. One of the bedrooms (the one with three single beds) was without air conditioner (it has a ceiling fan). The night was pretty fresh so it was not necessarily but might be important to someone

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment facing street. The whole building is amazing. Our Apt. was large, clean, with lot of storage space. It had a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen counter and a small balcony. There is also a bar on the ground floor of the building, where one can have a breakfast. It is located in the city centre. We were very happy with everything except the bed.

The bed mattress was very worn, we didn't sleep well.

The staff make this hotel exceptional. Sara went above and beyond to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as could be. Whatever you pay her is not enough. Thank you guys.

Qualty of towels provided could be much better. (And bigger).

Location.

Reception is opened only from 10:00 to15:00 and 17:00 to 20:00. There was a problem with 1 room configuration and was not easy to get it solved by phone without English option. Finally was sorted.

The location was fantastic, the staff so friendly, the bed amazing! so confortable, the building beautiful. It was perfect!

We didn't have to use the kitchen much, but they did not have many stuff to cook with or cutlery.

Fantastic apartment with a great terrace. Spotless clean. Reception staff amazing . Great position easy walking to everything. Sorry to leave.
