Smooth check in. Safe in room £3.25 per day plus £5.00 deposit. Good location near Myramar Shopping Centre where you had a supermarket apart from all kinds of shops like Primark etc. Big shower nice bathroom. Big balcony with room for 4 chairs, table and a drying rack. Kitchenette has 2 rings for cooking, kettle, microwave. Cutlery, plates, mugs, small casserole, frying pan were provided. etc. TV in living room with sofa beds a small table and 4 chairs. No TV in bedroom Big pool plus a childrens pool. Activity team had a childrens club and they provided activities and games to adults also. Pool opens at 10 and they have it closed by a gate no one can go in until then. They have a cafeteria by the pool.

Towels provided in bathroom could have been bigger, they were too small and I am small! No parking available on hotel site. The only parking was in the shopping centre just on the doorstep of the hotel. There could have been another TV in the bedroom. There is a small fridge in the kitchenette but it does not have a freezer, this could be provided as you could buy ice creams for children and put them there.

The hotel was really clean. The staff were always cleaning . They also had a very good kids club. There's a really big shopping center across the street and a big supermarket, which seems to be the only one around .

We had two small kids and to get to the main strip with all the restaurants etc we needed to walk a half hour there and back as the taxis didnt have car seats( for us that was important maybe others wouldnt mind as its not that far )

We have stayed in this Hotel almost every year for over 20 years since our now adult children were small and we have always thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay, any request was never a problem . the pool area is fabulous , the pool bar offers a nice selection of food throughout the day as does the hotel bar , the breakfast options are sufficient and every area in the hotel is always absolutely spotless,

The queuing for sunbeds every day is a pain, and the fact that some people held them all day even if they did not use them until late afternoon or not at all was very annoying . not really sure what can be done about that by the Hotel that's just people. I would also suggest perhaps more comfortable mattresses for the apartment beds and some of the rooms have little or no pressure in the showers ( I think they are trying to get round to that as last year our apartment had fantastic pressure in it)

Great facilities , lovely pool/bar area/foyer area , they offer a room to use to shower and get ready in for your last day after check out which was fantastic as our flight wasn’t until midnight.

The rush to get beds at the pool, there are signs up saying you can’t reserve beds or towels will be removed but this isn’t the case, people reserving multiple pool beds for a large part of the day and going unused until the evening , unfair for guests wanting to use the pool area early in the day. Also seemed quite a late opening time for the pool 10am.

Always a good stay. Have stayed here many many times across many years and it never disappoints. Staff always serviceminded. Rooms always clean. Great pool area with entertainment often. Evenings with live music and outdoor bar often. Location just next to Miramar shopping center and walking distance to beach. A bit further to city center but still walkable in 20-25mins depending where you want to go in Fuengirola. The hotel seem to always trying to improve on facilities and fixtures / furnishing quality step by step instead of staying the same. Another small but important detail to note compared to many other hotels in the Malaga region is the TV has a languebutton on the remote allowing to view content on channels in original language instead of just Spanish synchronization.

It’s a really lovely hotel. The pools are great just right for the children and they are well maintained and regulated. The bars are nice and reasonable. Breakfast is served til late and is ok. Not a huge choice but enough. The entertainment was good. My lil girl loved the Disney show! The room was just the right size for us. We were a family of 5. They are clean and comfortable in terms the space and light. The blackout curtains were amazing.

The only down side was the beds - they are not very comfortable, very low quality mattresses 😩.

Everything about this hotel, from the staff to the fantastic pool. Entertainment at the pool was fun. The girls who do the kids club are amazing with kids. Pool bar staff where so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Price ways you cant beat it.

The hotel is a decent walk from town into the bars and shops but 5 mins in a taxi and youe sorted. The hotel has a pool bar which is great for snacks, unfortunately the lobby bar has exactly same menu, so if you want a dinner your out of luck. Lastly the lack of a mirror in the bedroom is a nightmare, i couldn't fux my hair with straighteners as theres no socket near a mirror. In bringing thess points up i would still book this hotel over any other on the costa ❤️.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff very helpful. Great location. Entertainment and bars great. Lovely atmosphere and comfy beds.

Beds suited us but if you have older children check before booking as wouldn't have comfortably slept am adult/older child on the sofa bed as wasn't very long. Excursions are available to book at reception but we weren't made aware of this until the last day. Some info in the room about this would have been good.

lovely and clean hotel, staff friendly, close to the castle and beach, a short walk into main town, a mall 2 minutes away with a supermarket, shops and restaurants

only ate here once for breakfast. it was edible but only like warm. other than that everything was good other than we feel it was a bit overpriced for a 3*. we extended our stay for 3 days which cost €300+ but on searching for hotels for the future found we could have paid that for a week at same hotel.
