From waking up the breakfast was very good and the choice was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds and the pool attendant was nice and helpful, the restaurant offered plenty of choice, the room was very clean and the bedding and towels was changed every day

The only thing I didn't like was the very busy road but was not a problem because Uber taxis picked us up every day , the only time you noticed the busy road was when you waited for me taxi, I would definitely stay here again

The room was fantastic, very comfortable, very spacious and beautiful, it looked like a cottage Food as well was delicious and goods price/quality Staff were friendly and nice

the only shame was the poor number of people as staff, thereby they had to do long shift and were busy as not organized very well, this is getting a nowdays issue in the hospitality sector to have less staff - Morever as the season was over the swimming pool was closed, although that week temperature was hitting 30 degrees, that could have been a reason to be flexible and open the swimming pool for guests anyway

The staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was very clean. The garage for each room reminds me of those 1960s James Bond Motels (aging charmingly). The swimming pool extremely clean, the staff helpful, the environment there uplifting and relaxing. And if you arrive after the hotel's restaurant/cafeteria is closed, well, there's a 24-hour opened gas station/Carrefour next door, with great options of snacks. You can always Uber your food in as well- just use any of those apps anyway. A PLEASURE! Totally going back next time in Madrid.

Great for stopping over when driving from north to south, room was clean and had everything you need nice spacious bathroom and plenty of space in the room. You have your own entrance and parking space under the room which was fantastic.

Food at the restaurant was not great very basic. Staff were lovely but when we arrived late afternoon evening there was only one person working which meant checking in was very slow as there were lots of people arriving, they need another person working at the reception.

Staff at reception we're friendly, helpful and welcoming. Parking directly under accommodation. Large room and en-suite, which were spotlessly clean. Good air con. Quality linen & towels. So close & accessible to the motorway, we were amazed at how quiet it was! Fabulous breakfast, with a massive choice of good quality food and drinks. Restaurant staff welcoming, friendly & helpful.. We have eaten at this hotel before, but this was our first stay, and we shall certainly stay again. The entire hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean & tidy. All staff, including the friendly gardener are a credit to the hotel.

Nice rooms very quiet and spacious. Toilet facilities were clean and with necessary accessories. Breakfast includes both international and local food

The facility is a bit dated and should need renovation (for example, the laminate in the rooms is not top notch). The breakfast coffee (for an Italian guy) is not acceptable.

Amazingly located just near the road, but the road couldn’t be heard inside the room at all due to the trees and how the rooms are órganised. Very friendly and helpful stuff, comfortable rooms, individual parking in the shady spot under the room so easy to access the trunk, easy check in and check out. Everything about the hotel itself is outstanding.

The eating options are severely limited, cafeteria doesn’t have much food (don’t be fooled by the menu presented, it’s either not available, or like in case of some of the items, shop-bought frozen portions put into microwave by taste. Breakfast is better, but still I would pass on using it next time.

I like the fact that the hotel is children friendly and it’s very clean staff r very friendly

The hotel is far from everything like getting a takeaway. U can only buy food in the hotel which is expensive, but we managed

Staff was excellent and very helpful.

My visit coincides with lots of school children of about 4-5 groups. I don't know what the occasion was, but they were noisy, and I find it very difficult to sleep. But that's okay and I couldn’t complain.

Breakfast was exceptional. Close parking was appreciated. 24 hour desk service was very nice.

Off the beaten path. Our initial drive in following Google directions incorrectly took us on a dirt road to a property that neighbored the facility. This was not a nice way to approach the hotel and left us with some trepidation throughout the stay.
