Hotel has very good quality for this price. Well communicated with Atocha station (local train runs every 20 min), also with nearby bus you can quickly get to Villaverde center and switch to metro or do shopping in Mercado. Everything valid with a tourist travel card. Very good breakfast. Room was quite clean, and cleaned every day. Good wifi. Definitely to recommend

The room was described as 24m2 while in fact was no more than 14m2. Still okay to stay but this is cheating, especially if you take the room size as a criterium to compare between hotels

It was close to a train station that directly took us to Sol. Trains were not as frequent approx 15-20 mins wait, but we did not have any issues with it and tickets can be bought from an app. We couldn't easily figure out the ticket machine at the station. Rooms were cleaned promptly everyday, we were booked a room at the 7th floor and we had a kitchen. There was a small supermarket 5 mins walk away from the hotel which made it easy to buy snacks and prepare simple meals inside the room. We had low expectations in the beginning for this stay because of some reviews but I think everything went smoothly for us. Whilst there didn't seem to be cafes or restaurants nearby, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and there were enough conveniences near the hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The kitchenware provided can be improved as they seemed quite old, but not a big issue.

Close to a train. Foodstation. And the cleanliness of the hotel.

There was a worker there who was rude working at the Foodstation. She avoided any English speakers and her tone of voice was rude. Some guests needed help with the vending machines as their food got stuck or with ice. She mocked one of the English speaking guests when she said "lo siento" for dropping some ice. The worker repeated it with a tone and mocked giggled whenever the guest was laughing with her companion. (They were laughing before the ice and machine incidents.)

Lovely room, staff were always helpful, check in and check out was really easy. Vending machines with drinks and food, Air conditioning. Everything was really good.

The location was the a slight problem for us, but the price we paid made up for that. The location wouldn’t have been an issue if the train station ticket machines worked in English, we would’ve got around easily. It would’ve been nice if the TV in the room had any English channels on, but we weren’t too fussed about that. The shower could’ve been a little bigger, I struggled to move around inside it, and I’m not a big guy.

The hotel was very near to the metro station,so very easy to go at the city for food and shopping.a special thanks to enrike who deserve full merit for his very kind and professional approch .he was always cheerful and helpfull l. I enjoyed fully my stay there and will recommend the hotel without hesitation.

No restaurant on site as the vending machine was all in spanish,which I don't understand.

The staff, the room, the building, the cleanliness, all good with the building itself, the breakfast was really good and also I liked the bending machines that were selling already-cooked food as well the prices for breakfast and beverages were good.

The location is in the outside of Madrid, you will need to use a car or use the Renfe Cercanias train to Aranjuez or Charmartin to go to the central part of the city, you will take that train to go to the closest metro station and get another train from there. That train passes every 15-20 min so you usually wait. As well there's a bus but that takes longer to pass through there. Usually if we wanted to go somewhere from the hotel it would take 45 min - 1 hour to be there.

It provided all that it promised. It was a reasonable cost providing simple cooking facilities, with extra services if needed. The staff were more than helpful, kind and responsive. Train service to central Madrid was five minutes walk from the hotel, and 12 minutes into the centre. (If ticket machine doesn't work you can travel on train and pay at destination). Bed large and comfortable, extra blanket supplied on request. Most importantly car parking facilities were excellent, and very secure (underground with doors that needed code to open).

Shower size would be challenging for the larger person. Table sitting space slightly cramped.

Staffs are friendly , internet is fast , bed is comfortable , close to train station

Room is smaller than the size shown on the advertisement, no restaurant cafe and shop , located in a new developed industrial areas, the normal metro line for city centre is unavailable for that area, travel to downtown via train , need to buy extra $10 pass train ticket for the lines C3 which is available from the train service only. The transport cost won’t be as cheap as the ones close to the city centre.

the room is spacious and well equipped with kitchenette and utensils. Although the property was located around industrial area, it is only 5 minutes walk to train station. Madrid was 20 minutes away if u take the train. it has washer and dryer (using coins) and vending machine providing coffee, can drinks and simple frozen food. there is ample parking in the basement and in front of the property

there no restaurant or coffee shop or eateries nearby. the nearest mall (Westfield and cinema) located around 8-9 km away from the property

I loved hotel because of the stuff and the room. Bed was very comfortable, and there were useful facilities.

I didn’t like the location, but not because of the hotel. Area was safe, and the hotel is visible even from the distance. But in this location trains seemed working extremely bad. They were usually late, broken during the road or just passing the station without stopping. Based on how people were reacting on this, it seemed a usual thing. Considering a car rental will be a good solution.
