Location The hotel is easy to find and is literally one minute from a motorway. At night it is lit up so beautifully that it is impossible to miss. Ambience The hotel exudes a positive attitude even when one is feeling a bit low possibly if it was raining or overcast. The colour scheme of predominantly orange tends to create a very uplifting atmosphere. This is reflected in the friendly pleasantness of the staff. Rooms I would say that the bedrooms are unique in the sense that somehow they have created what might be termed a ‘mixture of different styles’ . The bedroom in which I was located, there is a shadow outline of what appears to be Marilyn Monroe kissing me good night., In the bedroom of my family, there is a full wall of an impressionist painting. Service The rooms themselves are kept in pristine and spotless conditions. They are maintained by an army of ladies, who are in no way phased by the aftermath of the under 10’s bedroom terrorism brigade. Never a complaint; real heroes ! Breakfast A brilliant and well serviced bright room, where the array of breakfast goodies’, endlessly replenished by a friendly member of staff . There is a range of coffees to compete with many Starbucks, plus fruit, cereals, pastries, cheese, Serrano ham, York ham, salami and more than average items associated with a European breakfast. Times are consistent with holiday standards 7am-11am mostly. It set us up for the day. Security Although the hotel has dedicated parking spaces which are immediately outside its premises, and the area appears safe, they have an underground garage with spaces for 8 vehicles, to a maximum of 2m height (€10 per day). The garage door remains closed other than when a visitor requests entry or exit. Reception is covered 24/7. Locality Pinto is a nicely located suburb of Madrid. Parking in the subterranean car park is challenging if severl places are occupied

close to the location and friendly staff. nice room, good size. breakfast was good as well. clean. price was good. internet worked well. staff spoke English. which was very helpful.

nothing was massively wrong. just some small bits to improve. my room did not have a do not disturb sign. the shower was a bit on the cold side. the room could do with a large mirror to fill some space. the corridor lights could be on a bit longer. and the first floor is a bit odd in design. Nothing was poor and bad. Just some little details that could be action upon.

The hotel was perfect, large room and bathroom, in great decorative order and with efficient air-conditioning. We were able to park right outside the door. Good continental breakfast in the morning, in a lovely breakfast room with large windows, overlooking a park.

We stayed on a Sunday night and struggled to find anywhere close by to eat in the evening. However, with the hotel itself, there wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Room was nice looking, big, clean and practical. And there was seven of us (2 adults and five children under 10 years old) and we could fit well in one room with a double bed, a sofa bed and a crib. There was supermarket, restaurants and playground nearby. Breakfast buffet was included and was good with lot of choises. We will definately come back to Hotel Indiana and recommend this to others.

To find a parking place can be tricky but we managed after 30 min.

We found it very hard to find in such a built up area. Could clearly hear people using the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely but did not enjoy the view of people walking their dogs in children's play area ,and cleanup man clearing up . Could do with some blinds to slant on windows. That said very nice stay .these comments are said to help if no one speaks out staff don't know.

We travelled with our dog en route to Bilbao. It was an excellent half way point for us. Lots of nearby parks, one with a dog play area.

Nothing in the hotel itself. We were very tired so wanted to eat early and go to bed and struggled to find nice restaurants initially. We just had to wait until more opened for a better selection.

We have stayed here a few times when driving through Spain. Right off the motorway. Park right next to the property which is great for our dog. Very friendly staff. Clean and relaxing rooms. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. Onsite parking when booked in advance. Really can only say good things about this place.

It’s a cool place, quite modern and the decoration is interesting.

I don’t understand why dogs have a cost. The hotel doesn’t offer anything for them, not even a pad. I don’t mind paying a flat fee, but it’s per night!! It’s unfair.

The hotel was fun, welcoming, and convenient for us. Reception staff were very helpful , everywhere was super clean, breakfast was very good. And it's dog friendly. The decor is very individual so if you're looking for neutral and calm.... maybe it's not for you. We loved the funky rooms..and the beds and bed linen were fabulous.
