The bedroom was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was nice with a good variety of food and only €11 per person. Cleaners were nice and they did a great job, the entire hotel was spotless. It was nice having a pool to chill and the terrace has a lot of sun chairs to chill

Just a minor thing but the pool seems bigger in the photos than it actually is. It was ok anyway, it never felt too crowded. Location is good however with the heat it’s not really walking distance from the city center. There’s a bus at the doorstep which takes you to the center in 10 mins so not really a big deal

Comfy bed and air con in the room, room also had seating area and desk. 15min walk or quick bus ride into the centre and lots of shops and cafes around. Breakfast had good variety and great to have a pool which was quite big for a rooftop and lots of comfy loungers and deckchairs. Staff were all helpful and friendly as at all Barceló owned hotels

No shades around pool area so limited time we could visit it in the direct sun and it wasn't busy at all. Could do with a bar/cafe open for longer and cheaper/free hot drinks for guests. Rooms are not very private unless blinds are pulled down

good size bedroom, clean and the beds are very comfortable, it’s about 26 min walking distance from city center and there is a bus stop right in front of it. The rooms were very cozy and warm.

the bath robes on the pictures are not included and when we asked we were told we have to pay extra for it even though it is shown in the pics as other things that appears in the pics however are not available ( on the sink ). We had some issues after showering as the water would go out of it and flood the bathroom floor however it was resolved after asking on the reception.

Location a bit out of the centre, but you can easily reach it by bus, which drives by the hotel frequently. We also managed to find free car parking very quickly on the street near hotel. The room was clean and with basic equipment. Bed was really comfortable. Nice towels.

Window had an interesting technique of opening (pushing it out at the botom), which didn't provide much of the air coming in. The caffes in neighbourhood opened late in the morning so breakfast was hard to find outside the hotel.

We chose the hotel among other things for the swimming pool. We stayed for three days and the swimming pool was great to cool down after a day in the city but even to stay all day. Also the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The plaza del Toros is near by and is great to have dinner.

it was quite far from the center so we took taxis. And we booked the hotel a.o. because it said that there is a shuttle service to the Malaga airport. But that turned out to be the public bus which stops around the corner and we ended up renting a car because our flight times did not match the bus services. so there is no shuttle service.

The pool was amazing, the staff lovely, and the way to the centre of Granada was a quickish 20 in walk. The view from the room was great. I am never booking somewhere without aircon in Granada ever again - the aircon was so good. which meant we could SLEEP.

This is me struggling to find bad points: The Wifi was a bit weak and the bathroom floor was slippery (tbh we did not tell reception this so I don't even know if it could have been fixed so that's on us) The fact that the blankets were a bit hard to find in the room was a mild inconvenience. The room wasn't fully noise-proof so we could hear people talking, again a minor inconvenience. We did not have the breakfast but I'm sure it was nice I just can't comment on it - I mean, breakfast stopped before midday meaning we would not have been up anyway, but as mentioned it is a lovely hotel.

Good location with the additional assets of hotel parking. many previous reviews suggested the hotel was some distance from the centre but we walked there in 20 minutes and in fact carried on the the Alhambra. very clean and modern, all staff very polite and attentive, breakfast was a real bonus. The roof top pool was fantastic as we used it following a days walk around the city.

They let us check in early and one of our group got sick and could not join us at the Alhambra tour. For a modest fee, they allowed him to stay past check out time and depart at 6PM. The location was convenient to bus stops and the beds were quite comfy.

The bathroom door is a swinging frosted glass door with no way to latch it. With a toddler in the group, this made privacy in the bathroom difficult. If we did not have the toddler, the door actually was rather elegant.

The glass door from bathroom was designed for a visual effect and not to guarantee a privacy while using a toilet/bathroom. Or is it considered as normal to share your "toilet sounds and experience" with your roommates? :-) If not, the door should provide the acoustic isolation and not wide gaps from the frame...

I arrived on the bus, left on the train and visited the city centre so found this a convenient location approx 20, 10 & 20 mins walk away from each of these respectively. Room was a great size, with a sofa & desk as well as the bed. Appreciated having both a bathtub & shower over in the bathroom. Rooms were well soundproofed & quiet. Reception allowed me to check in early at no extra charge which was more helpful than just leaving my luggage there to check in later & much appreciated. Great selection at breakfast...approx 5 cereals, 5 juices (in bottles, not a machine), range of breads, pastries, pancakes, fresh fruits, hot items, cheese, cold meats etc. Dairy free milk was available if desired.

I could not see a way to turn off the blue flashing light on the TV except by completely removing key card from power socket...and I had to do that as I couldn't sleep with it flashing. Maybe just my lack of tech knowledge though! No fault of the hotel but some of the neighbouring buildings have graffiti damage which detracts from the overall welcoming appearance. Cafe was apparently open in evenings but not well publicised what food/drink was available or pricing. This could be made clearer outside of its opening hours.
