The location was excellent if you want to be close to the bus station. In my case a late arrival on the bus from Malaga and only 2 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel is smart in appearance and clean throughout, my room was a good size with a modern shower en suite. All very nice. Breakfast buffet style had plenty of choice for most tastes, plus good machine coffee! The staff were very helpful and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly when I needed some assistance. Nearby there is a good range of bars and restaurants from a McDonald’s to a Moroccan restaurant as well as some trendy tapas bars just down the end of side street from the hotel.

The only criticism I h as be is the lack of any drink making facilities in the room. However there was free use of the coffee machine in the lobby.

I know a Spanish 4* is not the same as a British 4* but even so I enjoyed my stay there very much. Breakfast was fine. If I were really picky I'd be looking for fried eggs rather than scrambled but there was a wide assortment of cereals, cold meats and cheeses, yoghourts, fruit and cakes. A nice big flat-screen TV. Free 24-hour coffee and TV.

My only, tiny, niggle was that there was no plug in the sink so I had to waste water while I was shaving under running water. No kettle+ in the room but then there usually isn't in Europe. It's only in UK that we are spoiled with tea/coffee in the room. Location wasn't brilliant for the train station but it was right next door to the bus station.

Good coffee machine at the entrance floor and it was completely free. The hotel is next to a transportation center so there are a lot of grocery stores, restaurant, etc available, quite convenient. Good view from our window, we can see the mountain (with snow) directly from our room.

Room feels a bit small, and also quite few furnitures. Even if it is a B&B hotel we still expect more since the price is not much cheaper than other hotels. Parking is available, but to enter the parking garage you need to ring the bell and someone from reception will open the gate door. But there was one time we wait there for a long time until door opens.. Parking cost 10 EUR per day.

Nice room with air-con, comfy bed, nice wooden floor, a mini-safe, 'mountain view' as booked. Bathroom with shower finished to a high standard. Space to hang my shirts and jacket and store my luggage. 24 hr drinks machine was good, could also order fast food from nearby outlet (poster in my room. Reception placed my order). Used this one evening when quite tired after attending a conference. Nice, helpful staff, such as recommended a green card which was valid on Granada's inexpensive metro tram and red buses. Heard very little noise from other guests. Good location next to bus station, with tram and buses for travelling around the city.

Don't have any criticisms - just suggest that a handrail in the shower would be safer for older people or those with mobility issues. The bathroom floor can get slippery, so guests might request a non-slip mat.

Location, location, location! It is just beside the main bus station and very easy to get buses to the old town and sightseeing. Tea and coffee are unlimited and free you can get them around the reception area on the ground floor. Room is very clean and comfortable warm in the winter season. Walk in shower is very easy to use. Bed is surprisingly big, king size! But, in the morning we found the bed was a bit apart from the bed head because two front legs are with casters. Never mind, it won't affect your sleep. Good WiFi!

Nothing to complain

The hotel is very close to the general bus station. They provide in the reception every kind of coffee for free. The staff of the hotel is very nice and conciederabl. They provide a place for us to park our bikes. The equipment in the hotel is very new and the room therin is very clean. There is a large supermarket of Aldi nearby. I recommend this hotel for its good qualities and convenient location and warm hospitality.

Super location if using bus station next to supermarkets and fast food restaurants . staff were very helpful even provided us with usb plug . great rooms basic but very clean and comfortable. breakfast plentiful and good not a cooked but continental. so good to have tea coffee on tap all of your stay . we will stay again in future and recommend the hotel to other traveler’s.

in the pictures on booking .com there was a bar which is now not here . That facility would have been good and we suggest that this photo is removed as misleading when it’s not now part of hotel

Literally next door to the bus station, so if you’re coming by bus, you can’t beat it. A simple, but large and comfortable room for a great price. The bathroom is great. Large walk in shower, a toilet and a bidet- all very nice. You can pay extra for breakfast but why do that when there are so many amazing options in town. Rooms are quiet - and the large curtain blocks out the heat and the noise well. Staff was very friendly. AC didn’t work great, but it was a very very warm day, and it would have taken a while for room to cool down.

very good hotel, beautiful, spacious room with a great view to the mountains and the entire city, huge bed, fantastic bathroom, great location, just next to the bus station, 24h reception, very friendly staff, no problems with communication in English, my room was prepared much earlier than check in time and upgraded :) free coffee at the reception.. I definitely recommend it!

We've stayed here before and will stay again if needed. It's a great price, excellent location, very clean and comfortable. Free coffee is also a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I only wish b&b hotels would use real doors for the bathrooms instead of the glass doors that have huge gaps around the edges. It's weird to not feel like you have privacy and I don't understand why they put them in their hotels. Who enjoys using the bathroom or showering without a proper door?
