Location is great, just two streets away from the center, and very close to the main attractions! very clean and has an amazing style. Everyone was sweet, the whole building is super atmospheric, probably the most impressive hotel I have stayed in a while, considering it was very very affordable! We had an amazing stay, and would definitely come back next time we are in Granada.

if you are not an early riser like us, I would suggest getting a room facing the street and not the inside patio, as the ambient music as well as noses from breakfast will be heard in your room during the day (it’s off in the afternoon so there was no issue going to sleep), this was the only issue, as we were trying to sleep in one day, but couldn’t as the above mentioned noises.

The most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in. Feels extravagant without being ostentatious. Good location.

A bit noisy at times. Not a big problem for me as I typically wake up early anyway. And they did give me free earplugs and a bottle of Cava for staying in the room by the front door (which is actually surprisingly quiet, I think the rooms near the interior courtyard would be noisier, actually).

This hotel was a sea of calm in the centre of the sightseeing area in Granada. It is cool and peaceful and the staff can’t do enough to help you. The room was cool and dark, windows open onto the inner courtyard like a Riad would be expected to. This keeps rooms cool and as the courtyard roof is covered, the room is a little dark. However in the intense heat and light of Granada, that was a relief! The room ( superior room) was plenty big enough and very comfortable with a large bed and a great shower. The AC was fabulous. Tea, coffee and water are available free in the courtyard all the time, along with afternoon tea from 4-6ish. The location is perfect for sightseeing with easy walking to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Travel by bus is very close so access to the airport or bus station is simple, quick and cheap. In short, this hotel was superb. The smell of lollies as you walk in complimented the cool lobby area and it was a definite pleasure to stay here.

Everything was perfect……and I don’t often say that!

Authentic Spanish character, but modern and comfortable. Bonus afternoon tea in the courtyard area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing.

Lovely boutique hotel with very welcoming staff who gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations and tips on visiting the Alhambra. Nicely tucked away from the main square so no noise at all from the outside even when we had our window open. Walkable to everything you would like to see. Very nice courtyard and good breakfast buffet. They even provide an afternoon tea with sandwiches and delicious little cakes. The afternoon tea was just a nice treat before or after a little siesta. Beautifully decorated rooms...our room might be considered small by some but I found it comfortable and romantic. Bathrooms were very well equipped. We really appreciated the free access 24/7 to cold bottled water. If you are visiting Granada, I highly recommend staying here.

Tbh, I found the sandwiches a little plain at afternoon tea but definitely appreciate the gesture. I would've been ok with just a selection of meats and cheeses.

This was a unique and lovely hotel in the midst of the Albaicin neighborhood, a historic area of narrow, winding stone streets. You literally come upon it. Its lovely central courtyard has frescoes and tables; the rooms are outfitted with wooden doors and shutters, comfortable beds, and modern bathrooms. The location is very close to the central district. The staff was very friendly, especially Carmen who sets up the breakfast. The front desk set up taxi service for us too. We were given a fine bottle of Champagne when we arrived. The breakfast was convenient. The air conditioning was good; notice that you have to leave your room card in the electrical slot if you want the room to be cool when you return.

We paid for a "junior suite" since our son traveled with us; I would not call that room a suite -- it looked like a regular room that they had squeezed another bed into. Some rooms (such as ours) had no elevator service, so be prepared to haul your suitcases up a floor/staircase.

the open area in the centre of the building provided a cool and calm place to have breakfast & tea if required, or to simply sit & chat. The staff were charming & helpful.

The wardrobe was too close to the bedside cabinet, so the drawers in it were not openable. The shower door was faulty & therefore leaked if opened inwards or outwards. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room were not functional. The money was taken out of our account as soon as we booked, despite paying extra for ‘free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival’. i had also thought that a superior room, had a view of the Alhambra - it didn’t.

Beautiful old building with cosy, luxurious, comfortable interior/decor. The inner courtyard was stunning and so peaceful. The staff were really friendly, natural, helpful, funny. Lots of thoughtful touches every day in the room when we came back.

The breakfast looked nice but with some of the delicious brunch places nearby they would need to up the quality/food on offer to convince us to choose the hotel breakfast!
