The hotel is an excellent location, in a lovely quiet space just outside of San Sebastian. There great connections to roads and public transport. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and did all that could to accommodate our needs, even providing breakfast at the last minute. The hotel was very clean and well looked after. The beds were comfortable, a good size and the shower facilities were excellent.

A small selection of snacks available to purchase, either central or like a mini-bar might have been useful but not essential

Great location for cycling down into the centre of San Sebastian, truly amazing breakfast and a swimming pool to cool down in after a long journey. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and our bedroom was quiet and comfortable and looked down into an orchard.

The approach route suggested it could be a somewhat industrial area, but the immediate environment was lovely and quiet after 17.30

The breakfast was very good. The table already prepared for us when we arrived. They had vegan milk which is always a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended an excellent Cider hall just down the road. Well worth it. The grounds were very pretty and there was a nice pool. The area was quite and relaxing.

Breakfast was until 9:30. A bit too early us :-) but we we at the end of a long long road trip and needed to sleep a bit more.

The breakfast was super varied and tasty, 10 out of 10. Location is great if you want to travel anywhere in the Basque Country. The room was super clean and stylish, plenty of room for storage. Quiet for a good night sleep.

Very good option to visit San Sebastian, in a quiet location with easy access to the city.. Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Great breakfast with salt and sweet options. Fresh apple cider from the property. Excellent staff. Will return for a longer stay.

The views of the mountains - The staff so welcoming . The small details eg savoury and sweet snacks free drinks and water . The breakfast which is included is superb especially the cheesecake ! Great restaurant down the road with amazing cider

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Very comfortable and stylish rooms. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Safe storage for my bicycle. Thoughtful touches like nibbles and tea/coffee for when reception was closed. The breakfast was exceptional!

Breakfast was excellent and staff super friendly. Room was excellent and really comfy. I loved the garden feel of the grounds, pool nice and clean and felt tranquil.

The only issue was when I arrived there was no one to greet me- I stood at the gate for nearly 15 minutes until someone came who wasn't quite sure where other staff were- eventually got my room card but was a bit of a faff. As I was staying in San Sebastian it wasn't as convenient as I would have preferred but I knew it was 3 miles out and was prepared to get taxis.

Very comfortable bedroom, super clean and good furniture. Excellent shower! Breakfast was good, although on the sweet side.. Free parking lot and free spaces all the time, we loved our stay and would highly recommend. We visited the cidery just across the street (they own this hotel) and it was a very nice experience, highly recommended

We found the hotel a bit pricey compared to other hotels we booked during our trip in Spain.

Really nice property in a lovely location approximately 20min bus ride into city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and full of local produce.
