This building is absolutely beautiful. Behind a relatively plain facade lies a lovely traditional house decorated and furnished in warm colours and traditional furniture. The room we stayed in was stylish and comfortable with a large anteroom/dressing room separating the bedroom and the bathroom. Beds were particularly good. Breakfast was excellent and nicely served in the quaint dining room. The public rooms (drawing room and others on the first floor) were very attractive. Location for the park, dragon tree park and town was excellent. We were able to park right outside. We could see that the upstairs bedrooms had balconies with excellent views. Would definitely stay here again but perhaps ask for an upstairs room.

Sadly, when we were greeted, the host did not give us any information at all. He showed us to our room and told us the times of breakfast but no more. We would not have seen the rest of the house and been able to realise its full potential as a place to stay unless we had explored next morning after breakfast when a different member of staff was on duty. Our room had traditional shutters so was somewhat dark. As it was on the ground floor we felt a little exposed opening the shutters especially as these windows are not glazed (which I assume is traditional).

the hotel is located in the very center of Ico de Los Vinos. There's a banana museum, a church with a Sunday market, a butterfly park, the famous Dragon tree, as well as grocery stores, bars and restaurants right next door. The hotel is very beautiful, ancient, comfortable and tidy. In the hotel's patio and terrace, surrounded by palm trees and banana trees, we exercised in the morning. Great breakfast! Welcome, I recommend it!

This hotel has a great deal to recommend it. It's in a delightful old building that has been lovingly looked after, with shining woodwork everywhere and generously proportioned bedrooms (as well as extensive public rooms). However, it would be wrong to suggest that it's all old-fashioned: the TV was hi-spec and the wifi functioned very well. The breakfast too was excellent, with great choice. All in all, it probably the best of the four places we stayed in during a recent visit to Tenerife. Highly recommended.

Traditional build Canary house / hotel with courtyard in superb condition, despite being in the historical center it is super quiet and simply a perfect gem. Breakfast was amazing, service flexibility of staff were TOP! I be back here for sure.

I was fascinating with the rustic typical Canarian interior design of the Hotel, garden with a lots of plants, a spacious and comfy room, kind Ukranian lady that was so nice and on our disposal, delicious breakfast

I like everything

Great breakfast bang in the center. In case you come there on a Monday or Tuesday you will not find a restaurant for dinner! If you don’t want to go hungry to bed eat before 8 in one of the bars.

It felt like staying in a private residence. Lots of antiques and beautiful things to look at. Excellent breakfast.

Due to the historic construction of the building, our room was rather dark.

the location is great, very central. the property is full of character, room was a good size and comfortable. check in was quick, Roberto was very friendly and so helpful, loved the garden area. A really good variety of choice for breakfast and served in the lovely courtyard. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

V pretty converted manor house hotel in great central location with lovely views across valley. Lovely staff so helpful. Room spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Liked everything - great location - city center, bus station, shops cafes - 10 min away. Though everything is close, but there is silence and calm in the room. Good and pleasant service, (printed tickets for the flight) wonderful balcony where you can drink coffee and wine, great interior, wonderful breakfast.
