Nice clean hotel, well located a short walk to the town centre bars, restaurants and shops.

On the same day as our stay there were several coaches of retirees staying there. Normally that’s fine, but they were given priority at every turn, we couldn’t have breakfast until they had been catered for, when we did go for breakfast we were pushed into a corner, and then the breakfast buffer had been devasted by the sheer number of people who had been through a very busy morning service.

Friendly check in service. Good location to walk into town. Good breakfast with lots of options: fresh fruit, yogurt, pastry's, fresh bread, hot buffet, juice, coffee. Secure underground parking available.

Some parts of the hotel feel dated, had to book spa time & it cost €18. Secure parking extra charge.

No kettle in the room. No porridge on the Sunday morning even though there were many athletes staying at the hotel who were due to compete

We had a large and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the hotel pool and with a view of the mountains. Although there were large groups staying, their presence at breakfast did not mar the service for us. The bar was good and its tapas good, too. It was a simple short flat walk into the old city.

We would have liked to eat at least one evening meal at the hotel, but the group bookings made this impossible.

The manager who welcomed me was superb. He was very concerned about the parking for my Lotus car as the ramp to the car park was steep. He came with me to make sure I didn’t scrap the under front edge. Very caring guy. The room selected for me was front facing either a nice balcony. Very tidy, clean and comfortable. Perfect.

The wiring worked in the bar and reception area but signal faded by the second floor.

Great location in the village, good underground parking , spacious room with comfy bed, lovely breakfast, great pool and outdoor area. Disappointed that we hadn’t got two nights to be able to explore area more.

Small fridge didn’t get cold and we did not find the cold water dispenser till breakfast the next day. With no drink making facilities the water dispenser could be pointed out on check in as the weather was very hot.

The hotel has paid underground parking but the staff pointed out that there are sufficient free parking spaces in the neighborhood available, and indeed we could easily park our car around the corner. The hotel is quiet and at a great location, with bars and panedarías opposite to the hotel, and within walking distance of the city centre and the castillo.

Extremely helpful gent at check in. Room large, spotless with sofa, desk very good tv. Well equipped bathroom with good shower. Secure parking for our motorcycle at extra cost. Perfect location for exploring Jaca. Good bar, we didnt eat in the restaurant or have breakfast. Very reasonable price for a Saturday night.

We found the mattresses very hard, personal taste, I know. Very noisy from adjacent rooms, voices and plumbing. Lots of squeaky doorsand ours wouldnt shut without a good push. Perhaps some door maintenance and oiling is overdue.

Large room with sofa and table as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed using this after a long drive and it had been remodelled since I made the booking - it is now circular. A short walk into town to the Ciudadela and cathedral. Parking is safe in the hotel's underground car park, which you do have to reserve before arrival. Once checked in, the lift takes you from the car park straight up to your room floor.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was large enough. There was a good choice at breakfast.

The door to the small balcony didn't close properly so there was a draft coming through all the time. We were surprised that the receptionist and serving staff could not understand or speak any (basic) English (only the cafe manager could). We tried our best with our Spanish and got by. A bottle of water would have been nice in the room. The cold tap water was warm so wasn't suitable to drink.
