The unique style of the place was complimented by Leonor, the hostess who is friendly, chatty, and provides a wholesome breakfast. She was very helpful with our Spanish! The house is very quiet, so you have a wonderful sleep, and it has a great location for visiting Jerez, 10 - 15 minutes walk to most things. A parking space was provided outside the main door.

Not much really.

Very different from your normal hotel, we felt like we were guest in someone's home. We had a huge patio off our room, breakfast great, coffee was available any time of the day. We took a paella cooking class at the hotel along with a great tasting of three different sherry's. Short 10 min. walk to downtown.

Location was difficult to find and parking was in a parking garage.

We loved the welcome we received on arrival at the hotel. In the heart of Jerez. Absolutely fascinating building with great history and their own well. Breakfast included brilliant and you can use the hot drinks facilities 24/7 in the main dining room. The room was great with large bed and huge en suite. Definitely go back again. They have a car parking space but we had a motorcycle so it fitted in with the car.

I can honestly say that there's nothing I didn't like which is unusual for me.

Totally unique experience. The hotel is like an 18/19th century hall,the rooms are very decorative but tasteful and comfortable. We had the terrace, which was a lovely, relaxing space. As for our hostess, she treated us like her relatives, so friendly and welcoming. We shall be going back!

The Palacio has an old-world charm - every piece of furniture, every decoration and piece of crockery is picked to create and enhance this most individualistic effect. The proprietress Leonora and her daughter Maria made us feel most welcome. We took part in her cooking workshop, which was a truly wonderful experience. I can highly recommend this place.

This is a jewel of a place. As other reviews have said, the area isn’t smart but once you’re inside, we felt taken back in time. it’s a historic bodega, decorated in beautiful traditional style and the room was large and comfortable. Tea and coffee available all day, plentiful breakfast with made-to-order eggs and there’s a cosy snug to relax in. Sherry tasting available too. We were made to feel very welcome.

In the absence of a front desk we were given mobile numbers but did not get a response to a couple of text messages about arranging a Sherry tasting which left us unsure how to plan our day.

I loved it! Everything: the house was gorgeous and the room was very confortable. Breakfast was great and Leonor and the team were lovely. I had a fantastic experience and look forward to trying the salmorejo recipe Leonor shared.

Maria was an exceedingly good host and welcome greeting explanation of the palacio and it's romantica settings She recommended local restaurants and an amazing flamenco/sherry bar

Truly an Andalusian experience. You will be immersed in the spirit of Jerez, the decor, the building and its surroundings. Must try the paella cooking experience by Leonor and staff. Olé!

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, very, very clean. We stayed two nights in a beautiful room.

Paying for the car parking in the street was a bit tricky with the paying machine. Could possibly have parked in a parking lot, which would have been easier
