Good Location and a well planned spacious apartment. Comfortable living for a family. Rooftop pool is nice.

The check-in process was easy, and I received the entrance codes during the day. If you are coming by car, underground parking is just in front of the building. If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the perfect location in the city centre. Most of the tourist attractions, historical sights, Bodegas, and the most popular tobancos / sherry bars, are within walking distance. Mercado Central is just next door. The room is really comfortable and nicely decorated, and there is everything you need in the open kitchen.

"The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and attentive service. The convenient location, with a daily market just outside offering fresh produce, fish and meat, made dining a delight. It's within walking distance to the city's vibrant bars and restaurants. Bonus points for the parking lot beneath the hotel.

The only downside of the hotel is the inability to adjust the room temperature, which is set to 23 degrees and you can't lower it, it can get hot in the room at times. However, this is not the hotel's fault but rather a legal requirement, as informed by the host.

No one to meet us to help us feel at home- you need a charged phone and internet access to receive an entry code via email- this doesn't suit everybody! Did not meet a single member of staff in reception throughout the stay- a 'hello' was expected and a very brief orientation would have helped us enormously - it felt impersonal NO CITY MAP in the room OR AT RECEPTION - this would have been a real help- we did pick one up from the main square Tourist office eventually, but when you have just arrived you need some help! A wall rack to dry swim wear and towels would have been appreciated- there is only a small rack over the toilet which is inadequate- there is space on the wall to the left as you enter the room. The room was brand new and otherwise in lovely condition

Very clean rooms and great beds. Also the staff (and especially the cleaning ladies and Luiz) are absolutely fantastic. Excellent location in the center of town right by the Mercado Central and Plaza Mejor. Amazing rooftop pool with a very helpful lad making some awesome drinks. Can't say agin how grerat the cleaning staff were. So friendly and helped me improve my Spanish. When I return I want to go round their houses for dinner!

the suites are brand new- the location is right in the city center- we walked everywhere. The parking was right across the street. 20 Eur for three days. There was use of a free laundry in the lobby. The front door person was kind and able to tell us where the best flamenco etc was. Shower was big, with good temp and water pressure

there was a damp musty smell-mostly in the lobb perhaps the sircon needs to be on low in order to mitigate this odor? If the window is open, you will hear all the street sounds- once the window is closed- you hear nothing!

The suites are very central to town. The pool area was fabulous, although I ghe 2nd day at 10.30 when it opened, there was nobody there to get towels from. The check-in online was a problem for me with Id information. But. Paulo met us at the property , thank God, to get us in. The bed was amazing. The shower was great, pressure wise. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. If you come out of the door of suites, turn right and right again, a little way down is a supermarket. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There was a coffee machine and sugar, but no milk. Some milk cartons and tea bags would have been nice, and perhaps a little bottle of water in the fridge would have been an extra touch. Especially as we were very hot and thirsty when we arrived.

Ideal location - walking distance to historical sights. Great food options close by including tavernas, sherry bars and tapas. Supermarkets and markets 5 minutes walk. Apartment is new with everything you need for a stay for a week. Comfy bed. Seperate sitting area. Small kitchen. Lift access. Early access for bags. Laundry available on ground floor. Highly recommend.
