It located very central. There are two doors at the entrance, bell on the right side up. The gentlemen (reception) always the same person very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly big but you do not have the feeling. The room is simple, but for sleeping its perfect. Now its a great value for money this you have to take in consideration of course, for the money its a very good place. Located central, helpful staff and perfect for sleeping (comfortable bed).

Nothing really, I mean you can see the pictures and comments and make up your own mind. It's a good place for sleeping, comfortable bed and simplicity. Oh yes perhaps soap would be better than the shower gel in plastic bags. But othewise it has all the things in terms of simplicity you need. All good! Thanks.

My partner and I had a 2-night stay. Our room was spacious, with generous hanging and storage space and a small balcony. Both bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The room decor was minimal (perfect for us!); the courtyard was nicely decorated, with tiles and many plants. We loved the location, walking distance from the train+bus station and the city centre. The front-desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful, and he always welcomed us with a big smile. Thank you so much!! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Great value for money.

The shower was realized as a bath tub with a curtain (which was all right; some people however prefer a cabin shower).

the Gentleman at the front desk was exceptional, he showed me where to park for free, where to find local food, Flamenco performances and city's main attractions etc. absolute Legend. Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city, and the building itself is a piece of art with staircaise and patio in classical Spanish tiling. Everything matched the description - My room was quite basic. Bed was rather comfy, bathroom had shower and tiny bathtub which was more than enough for one night stay. Room was very clean.

The room was cleaned and disinfected with a cleaning product that had a very intense smell, which might be overwhelming for those who are sensitive to strong scents.

This is our second visit to San Andres and again it fulfilled our requirements for what we wanted on a two night visit. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly and always happy to help.José is a super host there he is funny very helpful and always makes us laugh with his great sense of humour. The location of this hotel is incredible and you are in the centre of all the major restaurants and bars and most of the landmarks. Always great value for money but just to advise this is a very basic Andalusian low budget hotel so don’t expect luxury but it’s very comfortable and is what we wanted for our time in Jerez. A great little gem in the heart of the city. Thank you again for a great trip.

We loved this hotel. The owner Mr Jose Manuel runs his hotel. He is a very nice person, friendly, and he does the best for his clients. Hotel is nicely decorated in Spanish style and it is beautiful. Our room was extremely clean. Mr. Jose Manuel told us where to park the car for free, where are the best restaurants in the town, where the main signs are located. The town is very old and has a long history. The cathedral and the Alcazar are worth to see. The hotel is in the old town and the main signs are in the walkable distance. We are very happy about this hotel and we recommend everyone to choose it to stay. Edward and Zim Schellhammer ,

We like everything. The best was Mr. Jose Manuel’s incredible personality. It was pleasure to talk to him and allow him to take care of us.

The location close to the shops ,bars , bodegas and flamenco shows. Good value for money. Very helpful staff who were on call 24hrs, this was very reassuring when we had an early start. Also very helpful about storing baggage safely when we arrived early. Traditional patio in the entrance. Lift to upper floors. Windows that opened onto the town view.

Not applicable.

We stayed here for the Jerez Marathon in April. We booked last minute but were really surprised at how pleasant and lovely this hotel was. The interior was beautifully decorated with plants and tiles everywhere, it reminded us of being in Morocco. However was made it was the lovely receptionist who helped us with everything we did. He was a fantastic host and showed us the best places to visit and eat. We owe the ease of our holiday to him. Well placed to visit the whole of Jerez and we also took the train to the beach and Serville with ease also. 10/10 stay

Ideal location in a safe, quiet street close to the city centre and a short walk to the train station. I checked in early but my room was ready. Very helpful receptionist gave great information about what to see in the city with a map. Room was clean, simple, quiet and pleasant. Plenty of power sockets. Desk, chair, bedside table and lamps. Efficient room heater. Nearby were a wonderful fried fish restaurant and a flamenco bar.

I couldn't connect to the wifi on my phone or laptop.

For a tourist who wants to di the sightseeing of the city it is a perfect location. It is not a posh place but has got everything you need. Including atmosphere and extremely nice personnel. Very clean object with perfect location. If you not a VIP with millions of dollars in your pocket you will feel good in this inexpensive place that will allow you to spend more mone on sherry. If you like sherry. If not you will have more money on museums.

It would be a sin to write here anything.

The hotel even though it is a 1 star, the room are very clean, the location is right in the city center next to all big shops and restaurants. And the best part of it is that the staff are amazing and very polite, if I ever needed something they were always available to offer. Very very recommended!
