Excellent: staff super friendly and ALWAYS there to lend a hand with anything. I have mobility issues and the staff assisted without me asking! Also excellent was the wifi which never cut out (unlike at some expensive hotels where I've wifi issues and even had to wash my feet because floor was filthy) This hotel was super clean, fresh towels every day, perfect location, lift, vending machine, walk across to Gibraltar.

Nothing. It was a bit dated, but that's what i paid for, so no surprises there. I would definitely stay there again. Only one suggestion would be to install one more powerpoint in the room next to the bed.

Its near to the bus station.. look newly refurbish..its near to the market and easy walk to gibraltar boarder.. the staff go all out to assist diring our stay which we appreciate very much..

The hotel charged my credit card after accepting my debit card.. i have already message them to refund my credit card and hope that they will reply soon.. No floor towel in the bathroom.. the space is small so if you have 23kg bag you have to open it on your bed..there are few steps before you can enter the small lift with your luggages to your room.. without luggage just use the stairs.

Good location. Very convenient for visiting Gibraltar less than 10 minutes walk to border and La Linea bus station only 5 minutes away. This is a cheaper alternative to staying in Gibraltar. Also to be noted for anyone flying out of Gibraltar is that from here it's just a 10 minute walk to the airport terminal - closer to the airport than much of Gibraltar.

The hot water didn't work very well, though the staff on duty did their very best to fix this.

The location just 5 min to the boarder of Gibraltar. The room was large and the water pressure was very good. Nearby parking was very good if you prepaid at the machine. 7 Euro for 24 hours and 13 Euro for 48 hours. The reception staff were very helpful.

Location, was key we were able to walk everywhere from the beach the bus station and the restaurants and shops were on our doorstep.

The floor could have been cleaner.

The room it's self was good size, very basic, no grab rails especially around the bath. No shelves only a wardrobe and a basic desk, our bathroom shelf was hanging off, No breakfast but plenty of places to go in walking distance. La Linea is great for breakfast toast with avocado, tomatoes and garlic with olive oil, serrano ham, nothing was too much trouble and prices are good. It was good to be back in Last Linea, not just because we have family there but the people and the situation was excellent, underground parking for 7€ a day, the Hostel had very good wifi, very hot water, a very quiet A.C and a very welcome lift. There's a very handy launderett on site, for 6€ we washed and dried.

The bed had some sort of cover on the mattress, it stuck to you and you couldn't turn over. The bed was very uncomfortable and hot. That's with the a.c on. They had Poly/cotton sheets, also hot to sleep in. The duvet needed a cover. The t.v too small to see anything from the bed, the picture was very dark, couldn't watch it.

great location, clean, close to Gibraltar, the bus station, and restaurants. priced competitively. good laundromat attached. I would happily stay here again.

The location was excellent as we wanted to walk to Gibraltar and not drive, it was also clean, the room had aircon and was clean
