I liked The staff a lot. The installations, it's confortable. The location.

the loungers of the indoor pool of the spa are mostly broken. a lot of capacity is uncomfortable. I was in room 1155, from 7 to 8 in the morning you can hear how they drag tables and chairs to the terrace. it is very loud and annoying. I understand that you have to remove them, perhaps the solution is not to drag them and be careful with the noise and lift them.

Modern and spacious room, friendly staff and close to the beach!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere there, the animators team did their best to make me and my family feel entertained through a variety of exercise, games etc. The staff were friendly, kind, and funny. The restaurant was great, had a big range of food from which to choose and of course the swimming pool with slides, close to beach. The hotel had shows every night at 22:00, they had people coming from Mexico, Cuba etc. doing traditional dances, gymnastics and live music, bieleve me it was really entertaining. I really recommend everyone to go and experience this holiday

I didn't like was the fact that the launch hour was between 13:00 and 14:30 quite a small window for people that want to stay more at the beach or swimming pool, I also didn't like the gym it was small and many defective equipment also at the time I stayed a vast group of teenagers (over100-200) came to the hotel probably they all had a match or something but that made me feel less relaxed because of constant noise outside of hotel and inside and also less chances of finding a table during breakfast, launch, dinner. Impossible to go to swimming pool. I guess I'm just a lucky person 🤣

Everything was great, the spacious bedrooms, the location (the bus network is great you don’t need a car to visit nearby towns), the VIP adult only pool for more peace, the entertainment, the shows, we enjoyed the barbecue evenings, large buffet and unlimited drinks. Clean beach towels everyday. We had a perfect relaxed holidays! We highly recommend this hotel, we will come back for sure. Muchas gracias Palas Pineda !!

- The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a bit cold, not great for when it is a bit chilli outside. - Some shows were more for French people (when you live in France and come to Spain for holidays you don’t want to see stuffs from France but rather more about Spanish culture).

We enjoyed the hotel and the kids loved the awesome animation team. The pool is very nice and no chlorine smell. Most guests were French I think, looked like we were the only Dutcj tourists. Does not matter, makes me feel more on holiday. The town and the boulevard is ok, not very special, the view on Tarragona industrial beach is not very attractive. It is on walking distance to Salou, which does have a nice boulevard but so very crowded, coming back to La Pineda is a reassurance. We enjoyed it and hope to come back. Pakring can be a but hard but there is a big square, 800 meters walk. Free parking The apartment kitchen needs renovation, the bathroom is nice and new, but the kitchen is very outdated .

The food is very good and has everything I wanted, for a family it is great because you can swim in different pools and you can also play table football and billiards(too bad that not all of them work). They also have an indoor pool and 80% of the staff were very nice and helpful.

The internet is more like inexistent (if you need the internet buy a roaming plan), the door from the balcony doesn t have a handle from the ouside , and the toalet seater doesen t have a soft close, the noise from ather rooms you can hear it over the ,,fan,, hole from the toalet just a hole no fan inside

I loved the location, 3 minute walk to the beach, local shops and bus to the airport (Reus) for only €2-3, never paid for a taxi once, with good bus transport system to various other beaches, shopping sites and Tarragona. Clean and tidy complex, decent food and wide variety, varied main dishes daily. Lovely welcoming staff. Good entertainment / animation team, afternoon activists daily like aqua Zumba and pool competitions and various evening shows. On site Spa and beauty therapist was amazing! It’s a very large complex with 2 Palas’. I stayed in Palas 2 and if I were to book again I would choose this option as Palas 1 was closer to the entertainment. On the flip side Palas 1 is closer to the front desk and main facilities so you book for your preferences.

I could hear the waterworks through the wall in my room and around the hotel. I voted facilities slightly less because some facilities had been closed for off-season, however it was still September when I went, very hot and the hotel was very busy, so booked up that they extended into extra dining space, however the indoor facilities were turned off and some pool features also. I additionally think water should be made freely available to guests and places to refill bottles, however there were coin accepting vending machines. Not really to do with the property more just my experience, children and noise.

Facilities are beautiful. The site and the hotels are all absolutely fabulous

My only problem is that the food menu can be very repetitive. We stayed for a week but we could tell what was due to be served each day before we ate. It is a minor complaint. Food was very nice so it's not a big complaint. This hotel caters more for French and German guests rather than Irish. Again this is a minor complaint because the entertainment is fantastic at night and the games during the day are brilliant.

Exceptionally clean & fantastic location, staff were very efficient & helpful at all times. The food was very good but the home made desserts section was different level. Outstanding. The all day & night entertainment is absolutely amazing. The entertainment team are so so good. To cover all ages of activities during the day and full night time entertainment shows from 21:00-midnight

The vibe was really good all week. The shows and every kind of entertaining was great. The meal was always a lot and everything was delicious. The breakfasts are usually the same. The staff were very kind and helpful with everything. The rooms were clean and really beautiful. The location was good too. Everything is near to the hotel.

The pools were too cold to use them, other than that everything was great.
