The sea view rooms are 100% worth the upgrade charge - in an evening it’s beautiful. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and the housekeepers come in every day to do a quick tidy. The kitchen facilities are great. The location is great for going into Salou or La Pineda, and there is a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times and can’t wait to go back.

Noise from the other hotel - but this didn’t take away from my visit. When other guests were setting up their rooms in an evening, it sounded like a herd of elephants - but again, not the hotels fault - all the rooms have tiled floors.

Great size room, modern and bright with everything you need in an apartment. Lovely view and very clean and tidy with good housekeeping.

The entertainment is far too loud..it needs turning down a little. The entertainment for families is great, but honestly but no one needs to hear 'Baby Shark' ect playing at loud decibels lol 😂 same with Karaoke night! Sound level Just needs lowering..The over-loudness of the sound system is my only criticism. Everything else was top notch and it's a great place 👍

the aparthotel was very accommodating, the rooms were excellent and the hotel contains a lot of amenities, such as bar, snackbar till late, supermarket nearby, receptionist and entertainment for adults and kids

All was fine, just a quick note, street free parking was minutes away, but you can load and unload infront of hotel... the main village salou you need to go by car or walk a bit to arrive to the centre

The rooms were spotless, very spacious and bright. The cleaners came in every day to clean the rooms and changed the bed linen 3 times while we were there. Having shower gel and shampoo supplied was an added bonus. The receptionists were very helpful with information.

Would have liked more cupboard space for food.

The hotel room is big and has a small kitchen with a supermarket which is super convinent. Also the poor is good with los of facilities for kids.

We are somehow arranged at planta baja. So the noise at night even after 11 pm still can be very disturbing . Somehow the night we stays some kids still running around at 11pm outside the balcony. It is recommend to let us know we are at bajo before booking or at least before arrival. Not give a paper after check in.

Spotless clean...very spacious hotel..

It was end of season so everything was quiet so they closed the restaurant during the day and entertainment didn't go ahead..lot people cancelled cos of the floods I guess..so it was disappointing for us that were staying there that we had to do without.

Entertainer was great, big pool, there is something to do for children an adults alike. Close to the small beach, some interesting trails around. Rooms are big with a giant balcony. Really good breakfast.

Beds and sheets inside the hotel are very slippery due to really strange mattress. Food is also rather average except for breakfast.

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was lovely, with a huge balcony (sea view) with sunbeds, a clothes drying rack and an outside dining table. The kitchen had all of the basics -- aside from an oven which you don't usually find in kitchenettes-- including a toaster, kettle and microwave, and the grocery store on the ground floor had most basics. The staff was hard-working and very helpful and patient. We were able to park in the provided spaces each day, despite their being limited availability. The pool is small, but big enough to wear kids out. Books that guests had left behind were available for borrowing in the laundry room, which was a great surprise.

The only thing I can think of is that the menus catered heavily to a UK audience at all meals (as did the menus of most of the restaurants within walking distance and even in Salou). This is not the fault of the hotel as they have to make their clientele happy, but just not something I expected but probably I should have been ready for given how popular the location is with British tourists.

The apartment was spacious with a large balcony that gave us more space for our toddler. We didn't feel like we had to be in the centre of salou or out we could just chill in the apartment. They were also very accommodating for coeliacs and the breakfast was lovely.

It was a bit too quiet in the evenings but that was just the time of year and the hotel did put on entertainment and the staff were lovely.

The staff where so welcoming and helpful so nice to speak to. The room was amazing and defo would love that room again! The hotel was so clean and there so much for the kids and adults. The night entertainment man was so nice, the women on the main desk Stephanie made us feel so welcome and also the other lady on the desk very helpful The food is amazing! Great quality for such a great price! Can't wait to come again!!!
