Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Barceló León Conde Luna . We liked our large, bright room with its very large window, its high ceiling and its large bathroom. Perhaps because the room is large, it seemed rather sparsely furnished; in any case the bed was excellent, the room was in good condition, and the shower was delightful. Also the windows and curtains were well made, and our room was quiet at night. The most remarkable feature of the room is certainly the massive built-in hardwood wardrobe. That wardrobe, along with the broad corridors and large lobby, reflect the hotel's past; it was once the grandest and finest hotel in León. Fortunately that tradition lives on: our room was very properly serviced each day, and the front-desk staff were courteous and helpful. (In addition, there's an excellent contemporary restaurant on the top floor.) From our point of view, the great location, the very attractive room rate and the spaciousness of the room and added up to a very satisfactory stay.

The room would definitely benefit from an additional table or cabinet, an electric water kettle and mugs for coffee or tea.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were four and the room was much bigger than expected, plenty of space to move around and have our luggage and bags! Breakfast was great, with a large variety of good quality food! Location just perfect!

This applies to pretty much every hotel I went to: in the bathroom there should be more hooks to place towels! ;-)

The balcony with the superior room was a bonus on a hot day but unfortunately didn’t use it that much.

There was a third bed (camp bed) set up in room which took up space. Wasn’t sure why it was their as we booked a twin room and hadn’t asked for extra bed. Also the mini fridge wasn’t working, it only had water on offer but wasn’t chilled. You can buy items at reception though.

We stayed in Leon for one night during our 3-week visit to Spain. In reality it was a stop over after hiking Picos de Europa and before heading to Santiago de Compestela. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. We had a car - the hotel offered parking connected with the facility. Super convenient. The breakfast was very good. We recommend this hotel.

The room included an ante-room which we had not expected and 2 balconies. There was a very short walk to the old city and a short walk to the bus station for a day trip to Astorga, and breakfast was great.

We did not use the roof top bar as it seemed to be just an extension to the restaurant.

Very well located, easily accessed and at the same time being very central to the old town. The hotel offers an underground carpark. However, there is also public carparks close to the hotel The staff were superb and I enjoyed the breakfast. Large comfortable room and a good night's sleep. Good Internet

This was a modern, "American style" hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable.

The front desk was not very helpful. I suspect that their staff has not lived in Leon for long. Also, there was no available parking at the hotel, so we had to park in the local public parking lot.

Nice place. Near all the tourist stops like Gaudi museum and Cathedral. Good restaurants all around.

There was no soap, bar or otherwise in the shower. So I used shampoo. Hand soap stuck to counter near sink. Hair conditioner was like body lotion. We didn't eat there. Breakfast buffet offered was 14 euros. We tried to get breakfast a la carte and staff sort of freaked out. So we left

Excellent location for exploring old city, close to restaurants. Parking garage on site, very convenient. Room clean and comfortable.

No plugs for charging phones, had to unplug some lamps. Prefer coffee maker in room, but coffee was available down stairs.

Amazing hotel in Leon. Big bath in rooms! Plus a decent sized closet. Best thing about this hotel is the incredible breakfast for just €14! It’s out of this world, so for this reason, I would book here again! Great lobby area too and friendly staff. Allowed us to keep luggage in reception for free! You must stay here! It’s close to everything.
