Great hotel, very clean with good facilities. Bar and restaurant on site and ample parking on site. It’s also next door to a petrol station which was handy after a days riding! We chose to stay an extra night and the staff happily organised it so that we could stay on the same room.

Shame it’s not a little closer to the town centre but the reception desk are happy to organise a taxi which arrived promptly.

We changed the day as Brittany Ferries changed our ferry crossing from 1900 to 0830 the same day...I suppose we will have to pay for 2 days Tues 26 and Wed 27 March 2024.

I had to email Booking.com myself to cancel Wed 27 March.......the hotel could not do it. As we checked out Zenit Logrono told us we had to email Booking.com personally to cancel 27 March............The hotel could not do it for us because Booking.com would not let them

It was nice to stay at Zenit in a bit of luxury while walking the Camino. Whilst it was a little bit out of Logrono you were away from the main centre. The staff were fantastic both at reception and in the cafe. The ladies from the cafe went out of their way to make sure I had something to eat before the 4pm closing.

Not a gripe but would have been easier if closer to the center rather than having to use taxi's. Would I stay there again - yes.

Nice clean room

Requested a room near lift as disabled by email. Reply was "of course." On arrival it was like a circus. Computer wouldn't work. Staff very rude. Room furthest away from lift. Then key wouldn't work. This has happened before on a previous stay! Had to return to reception for a key that would work. Long long story short the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a sorry. Best thing was watching a very rude receptionist hitting the wrong room door to try to make the key work.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely friendly welcoming and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was really lovely food. The service was good and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Bilbao and we will definitely stay there again and would most definitely recommend it to other travellers . It is definitely excellent value for money. There was free parking in a safe quiet area right beside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and matched the description. The staff was very helpful as they helped me book taxis on a daily basis.

Walking from the center of Logroño to the hotel is dangerous (no sidewalks covering the whole distance) so, if you don't have a car, you have to rely on taxis to go back and forth.

Bed was very comfortable, they even provided a bed for our dog, never had that before and they all charge for your dog!!! Really nice hotel and near the motor way so not too far out of your way, very enjoyable stay.

Description of where it is. Can be difficult to see from the road.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed room with a large comfortable kingsize bed. Aircon a little weak but adequate. Decent sized and modern bathroom. Lifts to bedrooms. Lots of parking. Just off the motorway so no need to drive trhough the city.

Food in the cafeteria was OK but nothing special, mostly sandwiches and microwaveable snacks. There was a good menu in the main restaurant but we didn't use it.

Easy to find. We were given a beautiful room with lounge area which had a sofa bed. King bed with good quality linen. Staff excellent. Will stay again on our travels across Spain.

Bath with Jacuzzi but as my husband is disabled it was too difficult for him to use.

The staff were amazingly helpful, providing translation to English, details of how to get into Logrono and more importantly where the taxi rank is to get back. The rooms were spotless, we had a spacious room with ample space for the 3 of us and our bags. The air conditioning was very welcome in the 41 degree heat. Breakfast was plentiful. Short journey into Logrono for dinner and a visit to the cathedral - very near Faustino vineyard. Great stop off on our way to Bilbao for the ferry - we will be back!

The room had a little drainage noise, although this didn't disturb is in the evening it was quite noticeable early morning.
