The view from the terrace was beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. The Japanese restaurant was very good and the 'high light' of our stay in Loja. Make sure you sit outside on the terrace when you eat there.

The breakfast was very basic and the breakfast room had no atmosphere. It was too quiet in the hotel as well as in the village. Very boring but probably not the right time of the year to be here.

I was visiting friends in Loja and the hotel was in the perfect location for me. The hotel is beautiful & staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English which was a massive bonus for me as I don’t speak Spanish. The views from the hotel are amazing.

The only thing I feel is missing, are some sun loungers, there is nowhere to lay out in the sun, there are tables and chairs on the roof top but some sun loungers would have been good. Although I spent most of my time with my friends visiting Iznajar, Granada, Alama de Granada, Rio Frio, Santa Barbara etc, so it did not ruin my holiday!

Modern, light, clean and well appointed rooms in a great location just off the motorway. The rooms have all amenities, lovely crisp bed linen and lovely bathrooms. We chose a dinner included room rate and the choices provided all sounded delicious. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold choices with a wide choice of hot drinks. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here on our travels from southern Spain and we will no doubt stay again.

There was nothing I could fault.

The hotel was the perfect location - we were looking form somewhere on the outskirts of Granada. The hotel was beautiful and completely not what we were expecting. The bar terrace was cute and would make an amazing wedding location. The restaurant for dinner as exceptional with a really interesting and innovative menu.

We had a room that could have been a family suite with an adjoining room. The door between the rooms was the weakest link and we heard every noise our room neighbours made - loud TV, shower, toilet and banging their main door. The breakfast was a little lacking although we got to the breakfast after a huge group who cleared out all the hot food and almost everything else.

The bed was very good. The breakfast was very good. There was a big terrace to have a beatiful view of the city. There was no parking fee for the car. There was a small fridge in the room.

The only disappointment was that in the room there were no drinking glasses, or cups. Also there was no kettle to make coffee or tea. In the bathroom also there were no drinking glasses.

The location of the property and the views it offered were outstanding. It was quite a walk down into town, and a bit more challenging coming back uphill, however the staff did make us aware of that! Taxis are available if you don’t want to walk! The food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were incredibly helpful. They even translated the menu and printed it out in English for us. The restaurant manager was fantastic and served us drinks well into the evening, which we enjoyed on the wonderful terrace.

A good location for an overnight stop with easy on street parking (visited end of March) Hotel very clean. Comfortable bed in a spacious room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Checked in advance that gluten free options were available and was assured there were so was a little surprised to find that the staff weren't fully aware of what constituted gluten free. Apart from bread no other gf option for breakfast available hence the low marking on value for money.

Modern, fresh design, relatively good location, stunning view!

We got room with two large pillars , the one in the bathroom made sitting on toilet a bit tricky. A small fridge getting very warm working in tightly closed unventilated cupboard - we sympathised with mistreated device.

Room was great, staff was friendly and helpful, great view from the terrace, good connection to the highway and a lot of parking space.

Although the breakfast was nice and with good variety, dinner quality could be a bit better - the food was 6-7 out of 10.

Breakfast was not great, dried out doughnuts. The breakfasts in many of the hotels are quite good, so you need to up the offering. Fresh orange juice, better coffee, granola, fresh fruit would be a good place to start.
