The hotel is right in the middle of Lugo, near the bus station. It is very easy to get to, the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The bathrooms in particular were very nice, the showers were great. The reception is 24 hours and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The drawback of it being conveniently in the centre is the sound of car horns when you're trying to siesta. Nothing that can be done about it, and it was worth it for the convenience.

The staff was super welcome from the moment I arrived at the front desk to do the check in. My room was comfortable and large. The bed was also comfortable.

You could hear the traffic a little as my room was on the 3rd floor and overlooking the street. In the top floors probably the noise from the street shouldn't be a problem!

the location of this hotel is excellent convenient to all amenities and he camino way. rooms were very comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly and helpful . Overall a great place to stay and would look forward to going back there again on a future date.

The room size was enough for someone travel for work. The location was perfect as it was located very near with the bus station and to the city center. One of the staff was very nice and helpful

Not all staff can speak English so sometimes we had difficulties in asking for help. Breakfast menu had no option for vegetables.

The hotel is a short walk to the old city and also the bus station is nearby. The staff is very professional and helpful with answering questions about restaurants and things to do. The rooms are clean, have modern furniture, and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. Our room was well insulated as it was very quite in the evening and in the morning.

Breakfast was very good , room very clean, but noisy . Reception staff were excellent! above and beyond the call of duty .

Very clean, great staff (Laura and everyone there makes you feel like home!), perfect location, you can find everything you need around, tasty and rich breakfast and coffee anytime. Even if you need to stay longer than the check-out time, there is a salón with WC. Highly recommended!

Room was a bit warm, the shape of the ceiling made it difficult for air to circulate in from the window. I prefer an open window to AC.

Our “Happy Soles South Africa 2033” camino group could not have been more comfortable. Close to the wall! Everything was wonderful! Thank you!
