The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes from the Grand Via and also located in the middle of a main street full of shops. The room has a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The air conditioner was perfectly fine. We needed help and we got it from the reception office located in the next building. There is also a parking arrangement with a nearby parking lot 200 meters away From the hotel you have to sign in the lobby and then you get a parking discount, this is very important because those who enter the center of Madrid with a car must enter the parking lot otherwise they receive a 200 euro fine.

We were 5 people in the room and sometimes the hot water in the boiler was not enough for all of us and we had to wait about an hour for hot water to be available.

Balcony view of the street was lovely. Central location only 10 min walk to Sol Metro near shops and Plaza Mayor. Comfortable sofa and clean beds. Shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer included in bathroom. Fridge, cooker & microwave for self catering needs. We loved that it was a two floor apartment but stairs aren’t for everybody! Staff were very helpful and gave us directions to & info about the metro to help us get to Mad Cool Festival in Villaverde.

Shower head was very small but had good pressure. Located up a steep hill if walking from town! Lots of prostitutes on the high street outside at night.

Perfect location and in a great neighbourhood!

It says there is a coffee machine, but there isn't. Moka pot is not a coffee machine. Also there are not enough cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner, etc.). Also, there is nothing extra in the kitchen and refrigerator. And the apartment is far from aesthetic. There is neither a painting nor a colorful seating area etc. Nothing has been done to improve the flat.

We had everything we needed as a family to sleep,prepare food ,get ready and explore the city.

The message about the key location was sent one hour prior to the check in time. As I arrived from the UK, I did not have a mobile roaming internet connection to view this message. Because my wife had mobile roaming, I could finally get the message.The message was in Spanish, I had to use Google translate to understand it. Once we understood the message, everything else from that time onwards was very smooth.

Excellent location which was so central, right in the middle of everything. Comfortable beds and clean apartment.

Some tea or coffee would have been nice. We weren’t sent check in details until just before check in time which I found quite stressful, as you usually get them in the morning, so I thought they’d forgotten. Clearer communication here would have been better.

Good communication on the part of the hosts. We loved the terrace, the decor and appreciated the air conditioning. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. Wonderful location, close to museums, parks, Flamenco, restaurants, good nightlife.

It would have been great to have been able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours as we had a late afternoon flight and wanted to make the most of our limited time in the wonderful city of Madrid.

I liked the location and the communication to get inside the apartment. Very nice and simple instructions! I liked how safe it was and they were always there to help via whatsapp or via the booking.com app. I DEFO recommend the location right in the main areas!! It had options for cooking, washing machine and even the sofa bed was very comfortable. For the value of money .. excellent!!

N/A I honestly enjoyed everything

Clean, cosy with all essentials. The apartment is location in a great area with nearby subway station, supermarket and restaurants. Minor suggestion for improvement: add a hook or towel rack in the bathroom for hanging clothes or towel will be helpful. Overall we enjoy our stay here.

The door lock stopped functioning on our last day of stay. Luckily we are checking out. Perhaps worth looking for future guest.

The location is amazing if you want to be close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Ana in the office went out of her way to ensure our check in went smoothly, as we had to run to catch a guided tour of Prado Museum. Plus as an American, who cannot be pleased with both Dunkin and Starbucks steps away!!!

If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel experience, this isn’t an option. It has basic amenities that are great for long stays or a big family trip to make Madrid affordable. If you didn’t know this going in, you might not be satisfied.

It was small but enough for all of us, it was clean, good location and all worked perfect with the information from the staff, was also having all the necessary equipment to eat and prepared your things at home.

It was small, for all of us with kids we managed, but still too small for more than 4 people, the terrace was nice but also small with difficult stairs to climb if you have some leg issues.
