It was what I was looking for my overnight stay in Madrid. It was reached easily by Metro from the airport and convenient to get to Madrid Chamartin-Clara Campoamor Station. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Receptionist was very nice (sorry I don’t remember her name) and spoke excellent english.

I was a bit confused about how to enter the property. I was exhausted from traveling so I may have missed some instruction along the way. Clear step by step direction for entering the building and where to go was what I needed. But it worked out with the help of a local store worker.

The stay was perfect! Staff was kind and informed us really well. The area was perfect as it was close to everything but at night it was good you just need to be aware of your surroundings. Overall WE LOVED IT! Room clean.soft beds.you could hear very rarely a person or two coming back to their rooms but nothing outrageous. This was my first time staying in Madrid and it was great even if it was for a short time.

There is a lift but can take a minute or 2 to come down/up on occasion but there is also stairs if youre feeling up to it. Wouldnt says its a bad thing but if youre in a rush maybe go for the stairs.

The accomodation has an elevator which is a good benefit, especially if you carry heavy luggages. It's in a very good location, in the 'center' of everything, cafes, restaurants, shops... The metro is in walking distance. The supermarket is near by as well. The staff was helpful and super nice. The bed was comfortable. There was also an air-conditioning and a tv. Overall, we really liked our stay for all the convenience we've got alongside. We could also leave our luggages in the reception after checkout.

The bathroom was too small, especially the shower (the shower curtain was constantly getting inside and stickying on me. The toilet is located right in front of the shower so not as convenient. The air-conditioning was working although not as well. The room was very tiny overall.

although in fact it has everything a person needs, from air conditioning, television, nice bathroom, the room is still a bit too small, the view is on the inner courtyard and the residents opposite. I'm also sorry that it doesn't have a corner for all of us chain smokers. I would book it again, I definitely would, because the location is excellent and the cleanliness is top notch

Location was excellent for what we wanted to do in Madrid (Museums, city highlights etc) The lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) who did our check-in and check-out was excellent. Restaurants and cafes in the area were very good. On-line check-in is a very good service.

There was some confusion with our reservation but the Hostal and Booking Customer Service got it straightened out before our arrival.

It’s a pretty great place in a nearly perfect location and the staff is very friendly and really great

It's a decent budget hotel located in the center of Madrid. The highlight of the room was definitely its comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom is also well laid out and they've got soap and shower gel dispensers, which shows they aren't as stingy as other cheap hotels are. I interacted with only one member of staff and she was very nice and friendly. I didn't require anything from the staff for the duration of my stay but I'm sure that if I needed anything they would have happily helped.

The room was quiet but it had no view to speak of; the window overlooked a light shaft. And speaking of light, there wasn't much entering the room, which made for a rather gloomy atmosphere if you're sensitive to that. But of course others may appreciate that during the summer. Apart from that the room had little in terms of storage space: basically a rail to hand clothes and little else. I didn't mind but it's perhaps something to keep in mind if you need it for a longer stay.

The location was great, very central. Absolutely no noise, perfectly quiet saturday night exactly what I needed.Very moden, clean, nicely designed room with a great bathroom. I had a good sleep.

The room is really small.

Price is unbelievable good for what we got, room was very clean, just in the middle of City Center, air conditioner very strong and we had no issues with any external sound. Nights were very quiet.

Everything was great, nothing to complain
