The room was a good size and very clean. It's in a quiet area but close to transport links to the centre of Madrid and easy to get to/from the airport. There was a good choice of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries for breakfast as well as juices and hot drinks. There were a few great communal spaces including the roof terrace with pool, restaurant and seating area on the lower floor. Our plans during our stay meant that we weren't at the hotel much beyond sleeping but it made a great base and we thought the price was reasonable for the room and facilities. Additionally, I'd made two separate reservations for consecutive nights as we added an extra day later on. The receptionist was very helpful in allowing me to check in and pay for both reservations on arrival.

There didn't seem to be much soundproofing between the door and corridor so when other guests are arriving/leaving their rooms it can be quite noisy. There aren't too many rooms on each floor though so it's fairly infrequent and otherwise a very peaceful stay.

- From the pictures upon booking, I didn't expect a basement room - I guess these rooms are for the one-night-only customers. No natural light. Ok for one night but I would have asked to change for a longer stay. - I could distinctively hear the guest -from the room next door- snore

The hotel page told about a shuttle to the airport. The fact is that the shuttle works only during work days, not the weekends and only from 8:30 AM That’s fine though, I took a Uber, which was quite cheap and the distance is very close to the terminals, so all was fine

For the concert at athletico Madrid stadium the location was great as you can walk in and out. Room small but very clean & comfortable. Rooftop pool was cool, being in the "second building" was great as you have a lovely outside area to relax too. Didn't use breakfast so can't comment. Supermarket 2 min walk away, stock the fridge in your room as kettle, microwave but no milk, coffee etc. All in all a great room for its purpose.

Close to the airport, so it is perfect for a stop over in order to catch a flight. The receptionist arrange a taxi for me for early morning and it came on time and the price was reasonable (around 13eur)

The room felt a little claustrophobic, maybe because it is really small and the window is so high up. Also it was weird that there was no bathroom door but since it is a single room, I guess it is ok

Excellent hotel for a one night layover if youre arriving and flying out of Barajas airport. It has a free shuttle, clean, modern rooms, and a great free breakfast buffet. Not your usual continental breakfasts, they have a lot of stuff.

Its quite isolated, not really a good solution if youre actually planning to go into Madrid (although there is a metro station about 10/15 min walking).

Nice breakfast every morning, clean room and fresh towels every day. As a non Spanish speaker I was glad they could speak English easily. The metro that goes straight to the city centre was very near. And they had a pool on the roof which was a nice surprise.

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable! Located in a very nice and calm neighborhood, close to the metro station. Totally recommend it!

Breakfast could have more food variety and with more quality. Also it would be nice to have an water heater in the room for tea for example.

The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette (microwave, kettle, tap, cutlery, plates) and the bathroom was spacious and clean, had a comfy bed and large wardrobe. The location was perfect for a one night stay between flights, the metro is in 5 minutes walk to the city and in the morning they offered a free transfer (only weekdays from 8.30) to the airport that lasted 15 minutes.

I had a problen with connecting to the Wifi, but they solved it at the reception. In this case you have to go there before 11PM, because they close this time.

Had a great sleep and wonderful breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle wasn't offered because of a holiday and no weekend service, but it was easy to catch the 200 bus to and from the airport (and walk about 10 minutes). Also easy to catch the subway to downtown. Can't say enough about that breakfast!
