Excellent really friendl warm staff especially Rosa manager at front desk and the lady who served breakfast in the restaurant. Room is excellent- comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and fridge. Good location for public transport either tax I / Uber or bus as around corner from the airport. To get into Madeid city center perfect - as five minute walk down the street and over sky bridge to other side of highway to get any bus to Canellejas metro station and from there to the Gran Via center of Madrid. On way back from Canellejas , get any bud towards direction of hotel and bus stop is 100 m or so from the hotel. Never used it but two restaurants up if show your hotel pass, could eat at discount. All in all 10/10 for hotel. Cheers

The hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit old, but quite good kept and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Several restaurants next to the hotel. A bus station only few minutes by foot

Can be a bit noisy in the morning thanks to travelers going to the airport. It is far from the center and takes more than 45 minutes to get there

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was super-clean. Our room had a balcony with a nice view in direction of the airport.

For people that need accommodation close to the airport the location is excellent. For us it was not ideal since we had to commute to Madrid university. In this regard Los 5 Pinos is a bit remote and it takes a 30min walk to get to the closest Metro station.

The room was really clean and with all the facilities needed. The staff was very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Quite close to a shopping center in case you forget sth.

The hairdryer is a little bit outdated, but working just fine. They don't have a shuttle to the airport, but an Uber works just fine, and it's just 10-20 min drive, depending on the traffic.

Clean and quiet hotel for short stay. The mall nearby (30 min walk) is excellent for shopping and food.

TV channels are all in the Spanish language. No program in English.

Rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfy and the staff were all nice. The restaurant and bar had good food as well. We thought it would be noisy next to the highway and airport but the rooms were really soundproofed and we had no issues with noise.

All was excellent: service, atmosphere, facility, room and other amenities. I wish there was a coffee /tea maker for early riser that need to leave hotel early.

Convenient. On our route from Madrid international airport to La Linea. Parking facilities very secure and under the apartment so accessible via lift. Clean and comfortable.

A busy road was another building away so maybe just a little traffic noise.

The property was immaculate.

Unfortunately, I booked this hotel thinking it was closer to the airport than it was. That was my mistake. The only issue was dining. The restaurant was very simple. The food was decent, but it was our only option.

The staff were beyond helpful. They did everything possible to help me negotiate the online preflight check-in process using my phone which I found extremely difficult.

The nearest restaurant was popular but I would skip eating there next time.
