great location, great people - who are super kind and accommodating. perfect location, in good walking distance of great districts and also taxi rank right outside if you want to travel further. clean and very comfortable stay. quiet, with great space downstairs to work or read.

the food was not amazing. there is choice, but quality could be better. The lunch/ snack dishes are not vegan/ vegetarian friendly - so limited in choice.

Very friendly staff , Noemy at reception dest was amazing, helped with directions and recommendations a lot. Wonderful breakfast with various staff (fruit, variety of juices, etc.). The room was relatively small, but very clean and cosy, quite as it faced the inner yard. Location is close to the main tourist attractions, in the clean area, good shopping nearby.

Excellent location in salamanca and the shopping district. Staff are very helpful and quick to help. There are some rooms where they are "connected" ie they are not joined but there is a private corridor with its own locking door which means you can have 2 rooms with privacy (which works well for families on group holidays).

The door key card is flimsy and doesn't easily unlock the doors. We had one slightly rude experience in the breakfast area - we arrived with 15 mins to the end of breakfast and were treated with slight hostility by one of the waitresses. The hotel is apparently pet friendly - however on our second night we were rudely woken up by barking dogs in the room next door at c 3am which completely destroyed our sleep.

A small detail but I didn’t like that there was a small gap between my room door and the floor level so light from the hallway was shining in all night. It just took away the feeling of privacy a bit.

It's a very good location, being in easy walking distance of many of the central Madrid tourist attractions, activities and restaurants. It's a small roomed hotel, which is good for short-term stays.

I thought that overall, for the money paid, it was a comfortable hotel. There wasn't anything wrong with it.

The hotel is pet friendly. The room was spaceous and comfortable for us and the dog. It was well designed so our dog was safe and stayed out of trouble. Very comfy chairs and bed. TV had internet. There was a kettle and 2 tea bags. Little fridge in the room. Very firendly staff on reception. Location is perfect for almost anything you want to get up to in Madrid.

It was way too warm in the night and we could not locate temperature control in the room. Selection and quantity of tea could be better and some coffee would be nice.

Stayed one night...phenomenal location....close to everything you will need...great shopping and great bars and restaurants....beautiful modern large room with super high ceilings...large comfortable bed with delicious sheets and very nice bathroom...our room faced the back with a floor to ceiling window/balcony ...super clean ...would definitely stay again...highly recommend.

the hallways were a bit odd...little dark and somewhat industrial...but once you opened your door to the room...it was a completely different feel...

1. Location is perfect - major fashion brands just downstair and many restaurant options nearby; despite this, it is a quiet retail neighborhood. 2. Staff is excellent - very attentive and caring. They also prepared grapes and Cava during new year's eve for us to enjoy Spanish new year tradition. 3. Bonus point - bed and pillows are superrr comfortable. I fell asleep immediately when I hit the bed/pillows.

We loved the reception we received from the staff. Our room was clean and stylish. The breakfast was really very good and the location was excellent.

Perfect location best street in Madrid. Windows are super seal and keep the outside noise away. For European standards rooms are pretty big. Beds and pillow very comfortable. Great staff everyone is nice at this hotel.

Even thou the windows keep the outside noise, inside the hotel is a bit noisy when you have neighbors you can hear every sound.
