Close to airport with complementary shuttle. Modern, clean facility. Next door to a good-sized supermarket "Ahorra Mas" and across the street from a Burger King that opens at 12:30pm. Friendly staff. Very nice rooftop bar with great views. Mini fridge stocked with juice and water at no extra cost.

No shower privacy. Shower water would suddenly turn hot or cold without warning. Thick glass coffee /tea cups without handlesl burn your fingers. I requested cups with handles at front desk and got them delivered by housekeeping. (See photo of the room cups and the handled cups.) Breakfast cost EUR20 if you did not reserve a higher priced room. No waste baskets by bathroom sink or by coffee maker.

The hotel is close to the airport (although still expensive via uber) and has a shuttle that gets you from the hotel to the airport, although that's on direction only i believe. The breakfast we couldnt try since we left so early, the rooms are large and really nice, beds comfortable and nice free refreshments in the mini-fridge. The restaurant in the building has some really nice food and the roof-top bar has a really nice view and drink selection. The gym is also nice has a smith machine some boxing bags and dumbbells so could get a good workout in.

The air condition (but probably can be generalised to all of europe at this point) is really bad doesnt stick to the temperature and wouldnt go cold enough. Even though it was much colder outside we couldnt get it to let our room cold enough to sleep.

The hotel is located 10- 15 minutes from the Barajas airport. There is a hotel free Shuttle that comes and gos every 30 minutes to the Barajas hotel with a capacity of about 20 passengers, make sure you book in advance as there may be hours when it is full. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. There is a supermarket and some restaurants nearby and it is a nice place to walk with the big avenues. Personle is friendly and eager to help when needed.

The location is very close to the airport but there is no direct train to Madrid that was our destination. We knew this in advance and used the shuttle to get to the airport.

The hotel is new, facilities are well maintained. Hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Location is great. With a park around the corner for endless walking opportunities. The neighborhood is new, has lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. shuttle runs every 30 minutes from T-4. The rooms are modern with comfy beds, great showers, a table and chairs. Mini-bar free refreshing drinks. Restaurant staff is attentive and accommodating. Food menu is varied, and breakfast has endless options. The INNSiDE is our go to hotel whenever we visit Madrid, which is frequent.

This is a brand new hotel located less than 10 minutes drive by shuttle from terminal 4. The room design is very simple and functional, excellent for a night lay over at the airport. The room was more quiet than any airport hotel I stayed in. There is a nice new supermarket next to the hotel, and a Burger King.

Their shuttle is only from terminal 4, which means taking the airport bus for those landing in terminals 1,2,3 and walking about 100 meters back to the shuttle stand. Given that the shuttle waited in the stand for 20 minutes (first shuttle after 20) I wonder if they cannot do the full circut of terminals and still maintain the same service frequency.

The vibe is contemporary, with lots of energized public spaces to chill by yourself or reach out to other International travelers.

I thought there would be more guests hanging out at the fun bar. But I saw a lot of room service orders being prepared in the amazing open chef's kitchen. The bartenders and staff were ALL super duper! . I expected to get a robe in my room because of the pictures on Booking. When I called down to the front desk, I was told there would be an extra charge for that because I had not reserved a suite. I think it would be OUTSTANDING customer service to send one up to those who ask...(if they're available, of course!)

I have visited a few hotels near the airports and are always disappointed with the facilities and quality, those hotels usually have very low standards. I was pleasantly surprised with INSSiDE by Melia. It was exceptional. The room was modern, big and clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The stuff very kind and helpful. Even though I stayed one night because I was flying somewhere else the next day, I enjoyed my stay so much. I felt rested, well fed and overall very satisfied. I will definitely be staying there again.

I wish there were more airport transfer options. The time that I wanted to go to the airport, the bus was fully booked. I would either recommend having more buses, more space or more time options.

This hotel chain is one of the best hotels in Europe, you can expect the same layout in every building the quality of furniture is what I expect

okay here is a story, we booked the hotel under my name and we had 3 tickets to Real Madrid match under my friends name and the reception gave our tickets to another person with deferent name had to cross Madrid to retrieve the tickets from the other one even though that they didn't book any ticket to the match the reception didn't check the name on passport to make sure that it's the owner of the ticket Another incident after 2 am we wanted to have some drinks we asked the bar if we can bring our drinks to the outside area because the bar is closed and they said it's okay when we got the drinks and going outside (terrace of the hotel) we were told that we are not allowed to drink by the security. too much misunderstanding and those little thing were a mode killers

Breakfast was amazing... The gym is well laid out and has amazing equipment, both indoor and outdoor equipment It's definitely the best hotel gym I've seen for a hotel of this class. As a hotelier of early 30.years I have worked as a senior director with some of the best brands - including Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood, Belmond, Six Senses and Oberoi - and although this is not a luxury property and doesn't compare to that market segment, it's as close as you can get for this mid-market brand and the value for money exceptional!!

Everything was amazing including the flexibility to bring a takeaway and eat in the room I didn't hear the word no once and for a brand of this level it's almost a five-star level.

I've grown to be a fan of any Melia's whenever I travel internationally. The upscale, comfort, and friendly staff members are always present. For this particular location, I needed a quick stopover before heading the airport, and this was perfect for it. The rooms and lobby was spacious and modern. I also arrived the day before my birthday, and they surprised me with a cake in my room, which was such a special touch!

The location, it's closest to the airport so there wasn't much to do around and it's not really walk-friendly. I used Uber to get around vs my normal walking/taking public transportation. But I think if you're just looking for a super quick stopover before heading to the airport, it should be okay.
