Location was the best, the room was cozy, neat and tidy! We enjoyed our view from the balconies. It is a good choice if you want to explore Madrid walking at day/night. For one full day it was raining, still thanks to the electric panel at the bathroom we we were able to dry all our clothes (big plus). Fast and prompt communication with the Limehome team and the digital code/security also worth to mention. Hope to search for Limehome possibilities at other locations for our next family trip.

If you have view to the street, count that there are multiple renovations currently happening in the beginning of the street so it was busy, loud also at night due to the small street acoustics and area - central location to really nice Chinese, Hongkong, Korean restaurants, bars - still at the end it was ok when you get used to it. No armchair due to the size of the room, but a nice sofa with possibility to open it for night. I recommend to place 1-2 umbrellas for the guests opportunity to use.

Very happy from everything in this apartment including the amazing service support from the Limehome Madrid (only the noise from the neighbors in the building was a bit annoying but not too much). Check-in & check-out process was easy with all codes and instructions sent upfront - no problems at all. The apartment was rather quiet from the street noise but unfortunately indoor walls were very thin and not soundproof so we could hear all the neighbors talks, baby cry and closing of the doors and especially the conversation in the corridors because of the echo in the staircase. We were on the 1st floor and the most annoying was to hear every closing of the outside door of the building (it is heavy and shutting is always extremely noisy - we can hear it till 1am - not for light sleepers) We were 3 people for 4 nights - the apartment is good size but still for 3 is a bit tight if you stay longer. The apartment is located in the heart of Madrid close to plaza de Espania, Metro, the Palace, Gran Via - it is in the center of everything, very easy access to the main attractions, on a walking distance from almost everywhere and at the same time in a very quiet, safety street and superb neighborhood. There is free Wi-Fi, washing maschine, hairdryer, iron, Coffee machine with a few complementary coffee capsules and tee bags. The apartment is very clean, new modern decoration, very comfy bed and clean equipped bathroom. The AC worked really very good (we stayed in December and with AC the apartment was warm and cosy after long day outside), there is a flat-screen smart TV, fully equipped kitchen including salt/pepper, olive oil and vinegar. We highly recommend this apartment!

The only disadvantage was there the indoor noise and no free storage room for luggage in the building (but service center offers places where you can leave your luggage nearby (paid service though) There are really small things that can make the stay even better “to feel like home” -1. disposable slippers would be of great convenience especially in the winter when you walk outside with heavy wet dirty boots 2. Soundproofing inner walls to the outside corridor 3. Shelf or under the mirror in the bathroom where you can leave your staff, the only possibility now is on the sink - not much space + wet 4. Noise reduction of the building entrance door

For me it was the best location as it was very close both to the city center by foot and to Moncloa bus station. The apartment was small but adequate for two people and very clean. The internet was also a huge advantage especially since I was on a business trip.

I think that the TV could be more useful in the bedroom than in the living room. Also, a small oven would be more usefull than the microwave (at least for people like me who have long stays and wants to cook).

Excellently equipped apartment with comfortable beds in a very good location (4 metro lines in walking distance). Moreover a very nice design of the apartment plus the terrace. In fact it could be 12 points out of 10.

Unfortunately, the sound isolation is rather poor. I do not mind hearing voices from neighboring apartments but hearing strong bangs to the walls in the middle of the night or early morning is a bit annoying (and I sleep with ear plugs) It’s more about the guests behavior than the hotel per se and it wasn’t the whole stay but it spoils the overall experience.

The apartment was neat and clean. location is perfect too. Very close to public transport and many central tourist spots. Neighbourhood had a lot of nice brunch and coffee spots and although apartment was so central, due to being in a quiet alley, there was no noise or disturbances throughout out stay. Also, there were coffee and tea and a nice welcome mug. loved the tiny details :)

I completely understand that it is an apartment and not a hotel, but after 2-3 days with 3 people sharing 1 bathroom and a small to mid size apartment, I felt it would've been great if there was a cleaning service if not everyday then at least every other day. Not really a negative point, but an opportunity for improvement I feel.

The apartment is perfect! It's located very close to Gran Via and other central parts of Madrid, but it's on a quiet street, so almost no noise. It's a comfortable place perfect for longer stays. It was our home in Madrid for two weeks. The wifi was also very good which was important for me because I had to jump into a few meetings.

The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell. I'd appreciate if it was a tad bit cleaner.

Very nice apartment! It was clean and nicely decorated. Cute balcony. Easy to access - the host provided easy and clear instructions. Great location. Perfect for 2-3 people for a short stay.

There was only one problem - a terrible and strong sewage smell from the bathroom, which became stronger every day. All the clothes that we washed and left to dry on the heated towel rail were saturated with this smell, and we were not able to use them for the rest of the trip. It was a really strong and disgusting smell.

It wasn’t spacious if that is what you are looking forward to but aside from that everything else was perfect. A little compact but enough space to move around. Easy check in and check out. All the necessary stuff was there. Basic utensils, salt/pepper oil etc, fridge, washing machine, a lot of extra towels, decent size cupboards and drawers in all the rooms, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom utilities etc. Excellent WIFI, central location 2 minutes from PLAZA DEL ESPAÑA. In short you don’t need to worry about the important but little details because it was all there. There is nothing i could think of during my stay with my family that was needed but wasn’t available. The only other thing I can think of that might matter to some is that there was no one available to talk to if u need personal contact. It was all done online. Though i was completely ok with that. P.S- Everywhere in the apartment there were SCAN CODES if u needed help regarding anything be it machines in d kitchen, bathroom or the tv.

All was perfect. Would definitely love to stay again the next time m there. Will be recommending it to a lot of my friends.

Excellent location a few minutes walk form Plaza de España Tube Station, very clean and quiet location, excellent communication with hosts and very efficient key code access to building and room. Excellent power shower and lots of high pressure hot water. Would happily recommend and stay there again.

The bedroom is quite small but adequate but furniture is a little big for the room which cramps the space, living room furniture is not he most comfortable but then we hardly used it really. May be a little cramped if 4 people were staying but its was fine for 2 people.

Lovely apartment - clean and well decorated, furnished and functional. Great position just a few minutes walk from the Gran Via and from Plaza Isabel (Opera). Several places to eat within eay walking distance. Easy checkin and checkout and a luggage locker located just around the corner.

Unfortunately, the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it. We tried to adjust the position of both shower heads but it did not make a difference. the bathroom door also sqeaked!
