Loved the staff, the room had everything needed, microwave, stove top, stocked fridge, sink, and a private bath. Beds were clean and really comfortable.

Housekeeping took the dirty towels from the floor and hung then up instead of giving fresh towels. Mold in the shower. Location was in a very busy part of town, so it was noisy at night and early in the morning.

The location of the hotel is great, it's at walking diatance to some tourist spot like Templo debond, Plaza de España, Palacio Real, Catedarl Santa Maria Real de la Almudena, close to some restaurants like cien montaditos( tapas), it's close to bus station and train station. Apso it's close to some theaters. The area is safe and most of the time is with people. The hotel has good breakfast bread, croisants, eggs, ham cheese, coffe, capuccino, juices, tea it's good. We were 3 and the room was comfy for us as well as the beds

everything was ok

We had a studio apartment which was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and very modern. The hotel is so central and everything is within walking distance. It's close to a lot of restaurants, shops and the underground.

There were a few steps to reach the reception area which might provide difficult with large bags. Would have also preferred a better choice for breakfast. There was no electric kettle in the room but we made hot water in a pan on the hob.

Large room with fully equipped kitchenette Location is central. Easy access to transportation, food and shopping.

The access to the rooms. Many steps in all. Steps to get to the ground floor lift then steps to get from the lift level to the room level. Did not have this information during booking other than there is elevator facility. Difficult for us with large bags

In a very central location. Although hotel is a little bit dated, the studio room and ensuite are both very spacious and convenient. Visiting in winter, the room is heated, clean and quiet. We have not tried the breakfast.

No coffee/tea in the room. There are a few set of steps before getting a lift to go one floor up, and then a few more steps to reach to where the reception and lifts to get to the rooms are.

You have to be ready for what awaits you once you enter the building because you have to take an elevator for just one floor and upon leaving it two flight of stairs and you are at a hotel, a hidden gem on the Gran Vía The hotel has one of the largest room I have seen in a hotel, all come with a kitchenette, a big closet and a huge bathroom The hotel is well taken care of, very clean, smells great and the staff is fantastic, remember you are in Spain. I’m planning to go back in March 2025

Every thing was perfect

The room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking Gran Via - which was great! It was soundproofed very well so we weren't bothered by noise from other rooms or from outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, and the fridge had a few drinks and snacks in minibar style. The beds, pillows, and the provided blanket were comfortable. The room was equipped with AC which was useful in the Madrid heat. The bathroom looked modern and clean. The breakfast was good and diverse. The hotel has 3 elevators from the reception up to the highest floor, and one elevator from the ground floor to the reception, which meant that we didn't have to wait at all to travel between our floor and the reception. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We missed one breakfast due to traveling to another city therefore the night before we asked the reception if we could get a small takeaway breakfast before we left and they were very helpful.

We paid for the included dinner. Sadly, on the first evening, our dinner consisted of what seemed to be warm microwaved food. We could see that there was no cook in the kitchen. We were one of the only people in the restaurant cafeteria and it was a Monday evening so I think that explains the food, but it was still quite disappointing. The next time we tried the hotel dinner, there was a cook in the hotel cafeteria so the food was slightly better - but for the rest of our stay we ended up eating in another (unrelated) restaurant.

Fantastic staff, excellent location, great facilities We stay here frequently.

Life is not perfect, and neither is the hotel in the summer the choice is to roast or freeze as the air-conditioning blows arctic air straight onto the beds. This is common in many hotels. We simply wear hooded tops in bed and enjoy the other facilities, which are excellent

This hotel is fantastic. We stayed there twice during our vacation. The rooms were very confortable, and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We got first the 3rd floor and then the 7th floor both rooms were very nice, but the 7th floor room was amazing!!

During our first stay (3rd floor) the bathroom was old and the tiles were dirty. My daughter lost a pair of fancy sun glasses in the hallway of the 3rd floor. We left them there for less than 5 minutes and they disappeared. The cleaning lady was cleaning at that moment (not accusing anyone). We asked the front desk and no-one knew about it. Be careful leaving your belongings unattended, always, including inside the rooms and hallways.

Location in the centre of Madrid was perfect. Room/ Suite was lovely. Very roomy. Bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast every morning. Lady in charge of breakfast was super diligent and really knew how to not just put out a breakfast buffet but to maintain the super standard right through from 7.30 to 11 am.

Nothing to whine about but since you ask. There were no English Channels ( or German and French) on the tv. We are on holiday to be in Spain and listen to Spanish but just one European CNN or the French tv in English, that other hotels had, would have been nice.
