It was a great choice - very modern, clean, perfect location right at the Plaza De Espania metro station, right next to the Gran Via, multiple shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants etc. Fantastic price for what you get and what’s most important: really nice, smiley and helpfull staff. Highly recommended!

There is nothing I dislike.

Everything was excellent

Nothing really except that I came there for holidays with my friend and the bathroom (I can’t call it like that really) was made from glass and I could literally see my friend in the shower and toilet; it wasn’t even blur enough to cover anything

Location is fantastic, lots of shops and restaurants, easy to travel to attractions from the hotel. The café is great and the staff was extremely lovely!

The room was on the smaller side and it had a very impractical lighting set up.

The hotel is in a very good location. Despite being close to Gran Via, the room was quiet. The location is also safe. I stayed in Madrid for 2.5 days, and it's a great spot for quickly visiting the main attractions. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

You have to be careful with the air conditioning because it really works, and forgetting to turn it off at night, I woke up with a cold. However, you can control and turn it off, so it's just a personal preference.

The location was perfect!! Couldn't have asked for better! The staff is very helpful! Has an amazing restaurant just on the next door, and the tv on the room was amazing!

My room was better suited for 1 person. I travelled with a friend and having an almost transparent glass separating the bathroom from the room it didn't make it super comfortable. The room was a bit small, but nothing against that as we were there only to sleep, although a bit more space would've been good. Apart from it I'd recommend it.

Modern Hotel. Fantastic location. Very close to the Royal Palace and situated right at the centre of Madrid and all of the attractions are nearby. Plenty of eateries, tapas and pubs/bar nearby and situated right in the middle of Madrid's Chinatown and high end street.

No option for breakfast. Rooms are a bit small and the toilet is part of the room separated by a thick glass sheet as part of modern hotel architecture. The wash basin is outside the toilet and in the room. Personally I did not like the room structure. Heating is from AC which sometimes does not heat the room enough to be comfortable.

Nice Hotel at an excellent location. Gran Via Metro stop just few walking steps from Hotel and from here you get metro to almost all directions. The bus stop is also abpve the metro stop.The Hotel has a very good restaurant below it. They also have some combo offers in lunch. We liked the thai cuisine so much that we ate there 2 back to back days. The staff was also super courteous and helpful.

We booked a standard room. The room was little small. The TV was hanging in such a way that you might get hit with it in your head if not being careful. Not preferable for travellers with children or may be a book a bigger room.

Great location, near Plaza Espania, in a neighbourhood dominated by Asian commerce. It's a budget hotel with almost everything you need. Our room was on a quiet street. A special note for the reception staff, who did all the best to fulfil our requirements.

The lighting in the room is poor. One of the night lamps had no independent switch. There was a permanent low noise coming, I assume, from the air conditioning pipes (even when off).

The property is located at a prime location very close to Plaza España and Gran Vía making it a great starting point for city centre walks, shopping and going out at night. Despite initial problems (see in the “What didn’t you like” section, staff managed the situation well and changed me to another slightly bigger room was that faced the inner courtyard as I had requested initially.

As I knew I wouldn’t spend much time at the accommodation, I booked a double budget room. Despite my request, the room was facing the street, which would’ve resulted in a noisy night time. Additionally, the room turned out to be minuscule and had a big problem with the plumbing. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell very strong sewage smells coming out of the shower. A double room should only be booked with one’s partner as toilet and shower offer nonprivacy whatsoever.
