I don't have to see the host and was given the codes to open the entrance door and the apartment door as per instruction. Check in and check out were a breeze. The apartment was in a top notch condition and location was very strategic. Very clean and modern design. I love the balcony. Very closed to Calle Gran Via. Cooking utensils and cutleries are available, you don't have to bring from home. We washed our laundry few times (detergents available). Large and comfy beddings. I will definitely come back here in the future. We LOVE MADRID!!

No lift. We had to climb up 2nd floor with 3 large luggage and 3 cabin size luggage. It would be better if the host offer an additional service like a porter to help us during check in and check out.

Everything was perfect. The best stay I had in an apartments hotel. Very clean very stylish very spacious. The absolute best thing about this stay was the incredible location which a one minute walk to the gran via. And the instructions to check into the apartment by yourself were very easy. We will come back here for our next trip to Madrid. 10/10

The only thing is that the mattress were a little bit stiff but still had a great sleep. Also there is no elevator but we were on the first floor so there were only a few steps.

Like most of the other comments mentioned, the location is great, but it is loud at night. Since this is communicated up front, it is an acceptable inconvenience. The Malasana district is fun, lively, and close to most things most folks want to do. We walked everywhere and when we didn't public transit was great.

We stayed on the second floor and this can be a challenge for some, especially if your hands are full. Once again, this is a prominent complaint made about this place, so if this is an issue for someone they should not stay here.

Great location, modern clean apartment.

The only issue, if you offer the washing machine to do some laundry, where we should dry it? When I checked the laundry room, I saw 2 Mac there, my mistake was, I didn’t check, I just assumed that one is washer and another is a dryer… anyway, there is a laundromat down the street at the corner

Cosy decor, large shower and super comfortable mattress (we even lifted the bedding to find out the brand lol) Loved how clean the place was, and the location was great too.

Everything was amazing, if I had to say anything maybe was the fact that it didn’t have much natural light, that is because it was facing the inner courtyard, but that it also why there was no noise from the streets. So ultimately worked very well.

Great location! Walking distance from city center. The apartment is new and stylishly designed. I would say even luxurious. The hosts very polite. There is a nice place for breakfast just across the street.

The only thing which bothered us a bit was the noise from the bar across the street. Spanish people seem to speak very loudly and to stay out till very late. But this is part of the culture and the reason to go to Spain is to grasp the local culture as well :)

It was super clean and the 2 toilets were definitely added great convenience for our stay. The location is the best, it is hidden in a quiet and small lane but short walking distance to any points of interests and easy access to supermarkets, not one but many. It’s the best value for stay throughout our entire trip in Spain.

Add a dryer probably? Although it does provide hanging dry lines, it would be great to have a dryer particularly for long stay guests.

Location is great. The check in process is very easy and you can find everything you need: wash machine, kitchen equipments… Good place for four guests.

There is a room with no window. It is a little bit hot and wet. Not a problem that can be solved. Just a design “Fault”. The air conditioners can help.

Faultless facilities, no details overlooked at all. Umbrellas/coffee pods/iron/nice toiletries etc. Very fresh /modern decor and only a stones throw from gran via. Easy experience and fast communication with the provider.

All though the street is a quiet one the adjoining streets have many local bars and the noise at closing time was very disturbing. Unfortunately did not sleep well either nights but maybe this is hard to avoid considering we were so central?

We stayed at the apartment on the third floor. Spaceous and very clean. With a big terrace.Thare is no lift, but it was not hard to get up. The building is vey nice and clean. Very good area, near all atractions in Madrid. Gran Via is on five minutes walk. Host is very responsive.

It must be more towels in apartment if the guests are staying for couple nights.
