Outstanding service provided by the housekeeping staff, particularly the lady responsible for the 7th floor (721). She was incredibly helpful and reliable, ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-organized. Her attention to detail and dedication to her work should not get unnoticed. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the room was perfectly prepared, with a crib already set up for my baby. Additionally, the breakfasts at Barcelo Imagine were very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

The guy checking the cleanliness of the rooms entered the room without knocking, without warning, as if he was entering his own room - this should not happen, very uncomfortable situation. Poor communication between reception and restaurant - twice they claimed that we didn't have breakfast, even though we had paid for it, and each time we had to wait for someone to call and confirm that it had been already paid.

I loved the layout and of the hotel, it simple stunning, décor is to die for ,hotel smelt amazing and is exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing , accommodating and extremely helpful. Proximity to Chamartín station is walking distance, less the 8 minutes walk, perfect connection from the airport T4 train( 3.10 Euro) no need to take a taxi. Everything or everywhere you will need to go from that location is about 20mins via car . The food at the hotel was also very delicious and is well recommended. I will definitely be returning.

I think the breakfast price could have been a little better competitive on price as 25Euro per person is a little pricey especially if you are staying for a few nights and its a couple.

Loved it here I wish I’d have spent my entire trip to Madrid in this hotel, because it would have made it doubly enjoyable. The hotel smells amazing on entry. There is a complementary refreshment station with water and sweets. For this quality of hotel however, I would expect to see an active doorman service to help with luggage etc. I made use of their free luggage storage pre check-in and went out for lunch locally. At check-in Susana was so warm, welcoming and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and she absolutely delivered. The room was super spacious and well designed with USB ports in walls for international travellers. I don’t usually travel short haul with a HDMI cable/laptop etc so it would be a good idea for the hotel to add some basic apps to the TV such as YouTube and Netflix because I also don’t have chromecast. Our bed was *huge* with a choice of 3 different pillows and a further pillow menu in the app, which is big tick from me. Cleanliness throughout this establishment is top notch. The pool and outside bar restaurant area is a pleasure to use, the water is a comfortable temperature and there are lots of sunbeds with parasols and a couple of cabanas around. It does not feel like you’re in a major city because it’s very zen and peaceful. The location is in a calm, friendly residential / business area with supermarket, local restaurants and a pharmacy within a minute walk. In only 5 minutes you can be in Chamartin station for two metro lines into the city or a train to other parts of Spain, we went to Segovia which is about half an hour by train. Around ten minutes walk and you reach a brand new, modern business area with shopping mall and every type of international cuisine you could wish for. Local taxis are abundant across the street from the hotel also.

Beautiful hotel with a very cool music theme. Spacious room, light and airy, comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom with separate toilet and large vanity with plenty of storage. NIce amenities in the room including quality toiletries, a free bottle of water and bedtime chocolates delivered to the room. Excellent clothes steamer. Breakfast was not cheap but fabulous - omelettes made to order, extensive buffet, even champagne for mimosas if desired. Located in pleasant neighborhood.

Location isn't ideal if you're in Madrid for tourist attractions, but it's reasonably close to airport (about 15 mins) in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Hospital is nearby but we heard no noise at all. Towels were a little rough and thin (not what you'd expect), but very little to complain about here.

Rooms were spacious and well designed, big bathrooms with good facilities, including nice big towels. Bed was extremely comfortable (and massive). Excellent breakfast, pool area was clean and smart, lovely pool. Very impressed with the whole hotel. Good value for money as well.

Some of the reception staff weren’t very friendly and it seemed a chore for them to speak to us when we had questions. I exclude the guy who checked us in at 7am as he was very friendly and helpful.

That was my second time there and I enjoyed my stay. The staff is really nice and helpful, the interior design looks amazing all around the hotel, and the room was well equipped and ultra clean. The bed was super big and comfy.

I did not like the type of room we got this time as much as the one we had got before as the space design of this one was a bit weird: the bathroom was literally by the bed which I don't find very comfortable when traveling with someone and the TV was very far from the bed. I think this type of room would be a better fit for single corporate travelers... Also I think Ne--flix or some other platform would be a nice add-on for a 5 stars hotel in 2024.

Lovely spacious room and large comfy bed, with great furnishings and decor. En suite modern and spacious. 3 armchairs in the room! Music theme was lots of fun and done really well. Everything was spotless. The ground floor public areas were lovely, modern, fun music instruments and decor, bar was welcoming for a snack or nightcap. Location was great as we were using Chamartin Station and metro, which is just 5 minutes walk. You can get into the city centre easily from here. There are some nice restaurants 10 min walk away.

Unfortunately, there is building work right next to the hotel, between the hotel and the station. We didn't hear much noise from this, but it was a bit unsightly and meant that our privacy in the room was affected due to builders working on the structure just across the street from our room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gym was excellent, and the location was very convenient.

When I inquired about parking during my stay, I was informed that parking was available on-site. However, I was not made aware that there would be a fee associated with it. Upon check-out, I was surprised to be charged over 80 Euros for three nights of parking. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this matter and clarify the hotel's policy on parking fees.

Nicely presented hotel, with a musical theme throughout the public areas and the rooms. My room was spacious, with a big bed, wet room style shower and glass windows along one entire side from floor to ceiling, which meant the room was bright and light (although the curtain were thick and didn't let light in when drawn). The staff were polite and efficient and the breakfast selection was amongst the best I've seen.

Although close to the Metro and Chamartin railway station, it's a little trek into the heart of Madrid (although quick to get to / from the airport). The wider area seems to be going through some gentrification, so there is a lot of building work in the streets around the hotel (noise wasn't a problem, just lots of temporary sidewalks to use).

Great staff (not the management) and facilities especially Victor at check in! Every hotel should welcome their guests like that!! Lovely roof terrace and we ordered room service which was fast and good!

During the check out we were interrupted by a woman who I assume was a ‘manager’ as she didn’t introduce herself and who was very rude.My suitcase was behind me but unattended so she felt the need to tell me so rudely. I appreciate the situation but a more polite tone would go further! It spoiled an otherwise great stay 🙁
