Location is absolutely great, in the heart of Madrid. Almost on Gran Via, a few mins from Sol. For family with 2 kids it was perfect, I believe 4 people can be accommodated nicely as the sofa bed is decent. A lot of restaurants , bars and whatever you can think of is literally just outside of the door. It is quite and calm most of the time. I am very happy with choosing this property.

It is usually quite place and street BUT ... if the apartment is facing the street - on Friday and Saturday evenings expect a lot of noise. This can be greatly reduced by the window blinds from the inside. Also on any other day it is very quite and difficult to believe it is the same city and streets. I guess this is fair bearing in mins the proximity to the city center and being in the heart of Madrid.

The location is excellent, situated in a small alley just behind Gran Via. It's very close to the metro and bus stops. The biggest advantage here is its location. Additionally, the staff are very friendly; when our floor mat got dirty, he allowed us to exchange it for a new one. I assume that most serviced apartments don’t offer towel replacement services, so I really appreciated this.

The quilt was a bit thin. Although the staff provided us with an extra blanket, it was still too thin, and we had to keep the air conditioner on all night.

Location was excellent as it was near where we wanted to be. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned mid stay as well as being provided with a change of towels.

The information re the door code and the apartment code could have been provided earlier when I had access to the internet. I had to telephone on my arrival to obtain this information. Requested to stay in the apartment for a couple of hours later than the departure time of 11.00 but this was dismissed quite abruptly. Although the apartment was for 4 people, that would have been very difficult to accommodate even to make a breakfast as the cooking/washing up facilities were very cramped.

Position very good within about 2 minutes of Grand Via. Supermarkets, metro, buses, shopping all so close. On site reception working 9am to 6pm. Staff nice and helpful. Called an early departure taxi for us in Spanish. Can store luggage if you arrive early. Photos don’t show its’ well used appearance. Apartment has mostly good amenities in kitchen, bathroom etc but it is a bit worn. Ours on front street had 2 great balconies. Good hot shower. Bed comfortable. Overall, our stay was good but we were disappointed that it wasn’t as presentable as photos show.

Could be a little cleaner though not bad. Fridge was a little knocked around. Cushions and sofa marked and worn. No kitchen tea towel for wiping dishes. Just could be cleaner and better presented.

I came back to this lovely building apartments because of the location and the great memory I had when staying there with kids two years ago. I was insisting to come back although not the best price you could find in Booking. This time the room I have booked was far away from what I remember, it was small, not comfortable to lay down on the bed , the window's curtain really won't shadow the light so we experience much of disappointment . Having said that, the reception tried to find us alternatives and compensate with a bottle of wine. It is not there problem and there was nothing they could do to help . Be aware that there are huge differences between the apartments and how well those have space in the bathroom and all around what you need .

I spent 4 days in an apartment we barely could move in, couldn't sleep until late because of the lights coming from the windows and with no place to arrange our stuff in the bathrooms. Still I wouldn't say this is not a great selection if you don't mind about those conditions. The location and the stuff were great !!!

Location wonderful, space is bigger than a hotel room for family, for all facility for a short stay, price is real good

The sofa was real dirty that we kid were having asma crisis every time she sits on it. Some renovation and repainting might be good, the layout of the living room is real bad, tv at the side wall of the sofa and the tv wall mount is fixed so the tv cant be watched comfortably by either on the sofa or the dinning table. Which was in front of the fridge

Comfortable apartment perfectly located in the city. Very close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Two full bathrooms were a huge plus while traveling with our teenage daughter. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, with many good suggestions for attractions and food. We were able to store our luggage in the morning, prior to the afternoon check in, which is a big help if flying in early. They will also allow you to leave your luggage after checking out, if needed.

Living room/kitchen area was small, so when the couch was unfolded into a large bed, there was basically no room to sit. However, the foldout bed was spacious and relatively comfortable.

This was a clean, fully equipped simple apartment. We were happy to be assigned a 4th floor facing street, so quiet and nice light/view. Elevator was good with clean optional stairs. We were met by a personable staff member who helped verify that the electronic key was safe since door didn't have typical multiple locks. Access to main (busy) center city was bustling but apartment/street stayed pretty quiet. You can easily walk to many quieter parts for dinner, tapas, parks, etc. in 15 - 20 minutes.

- location, it’s centrally locate. Just 2 mins walk from gran via M, 8-10 mins from sol plus 5 mins to plaza mayor. The location is ideally for tourist. - room was well equippep.I love smart tv with netflix - room and public area was spotless. I did really love the aromatherapy smell from the machine that always keep property in good vibes.

even apt was centrally located but not in good street. In the midnight or ealry morning, I’ve always seen and heard loud noise from drunk people. Anyway , it’s fine for me compare to the price , location and room quality. Still recommend!

Super well located apartment, very clean and staff attentive and helpful. We could drop off our luggage at the reception before check-in, which was great. And a reminder about the cleanliness of the apartment, sheets and towels: it was superb!

Ideal apartment for a group of 4 people. In our case, which have five, one had to sleep at the bed attached to the sofa, which was not much comfortable. But of course we already know about it when booked the apartment. Besides that, everything was good!
