Real gem, in my opinion. I stayed in Madrid several times through the years and this had been by far the best place. The unit we stayed in had a kitchenette, separate toilet and the shower/sink rooms, leaving area with couch and table and chairs and a bedroom. A very well designed and with a lots of attention to details. Simple things, such as a new sponge and wash rug and kitchen towel were provided, all packed in a paper bag! Plenary of single use olive oil and vinegar pouches, water, coffee. Really attentive and nice staff. Great location too. I would recommend this place to my friends and would stay there again.

I liked everything

It is a great location but also it was quiet. The room was modern and very clean. It was compact but it was perfect for our needs. I loved that there was laundry facilities available. the care packages with the tea and coffee and also the cleaning supplies were really appreciated. The staff were so helpful.

I was really happy with the stay. I can’t really complain - I suppose the cracked stone stair in the stairwell should be fixed - it made me a little nervous stepping on it (mainly though as I had a broken arm so I was nervous in general)

Excellent location, next to Gran Via. Very clean and cozy apartment. Apartment was very quiet, no outside noises or from neighbors. Very well equipped kitchen, with lots of utensils. Host constantly communicated with us and asked if everything is okay.

Shower is very bad configured, if you're bigger than a size S you won't be able to enter the shower because the shower door opens inside and leaves no space to enter. The sink in the bathroom is also very difficult to use, being placed very low and with a big faucet in the middle, water splashed everywhere and could not wash my face properly. We stayed for 4 days and could've used a cleaning of our room at some point, as well more toiletries and coffee pods (only one small bottle of shower gel and one shampoo and 2 coffee pods were provided). They ask for a 300 euros warrant deposit that is returned on the checkout day, which is a little bit high on my opinion but I see is a common practice in Madrid.

Great compact unit with everything you need. The location is excellent. The apartments are really clean and well maintained. The apartments are on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. If you have a big heavy bag, be prepared to heft it up 60 stairs. Good communication from the manager, Juan. Laundry room for guests was really helpful.

We arrived by train from Barcelona and after checking at short notice if we would be able to check in early, the host pulled out all the stops and we were able to check in as soon as the room was ready. Although we had some issues with the communication system on the website not refreshing until you left and re-entered the page, the host did offer to switch to WhatsApp - I would suggest doing this while they iron the bugs out of the online system. Had we used WhatsApp from the beginning I would probably not be mentioning this at all as the process was easy and the staff member I was speaking to very friendly and helpful. As far as the apartment goes, it's not huge but it has everything you need, doesn't feel cramped (except for the shower cubicle which is a little on the small side) and the location can't really be beaten. The bed was very comfortable (although it would have been great if there had been an extra pillow), there were kitchen and cleaning supplies available, and a supermarket just at the end of the road. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends as an option.

The only real issue we had was that the automatic air freshener in the bathroom was overpowering when we checked in - although we were able to unplug it, the smell did take a while to dissapate. It would also have been great had there been some extra pillows in the flat to use on the bed - the pillows that were there were on the soft side. That's about the only things though really - the shower cubicle as mentioned above is small but it would be difficult to fit a smaller one and even though it's small it does the job perfectly well. One other thing to mention is that the flat is on a 3rd floor and there is no lift - the staircase is wide and there is no problem bringing baggage up but if you have particularly heavy baggage factor that in.

Thin walls and quite noisy. You could hear every conversation in the hallway, where one of the staff seemed to be working parts of the day No lift. We stayed on third floor (heavy suitcases)

Aside of laack of lift this place is worth recommending. It is located very close to bustling streets I a heart of Madrid. Rooms a very nice and clean better than at my own home 😅. I give a full rate to this location.

No lift so in my case where we had a lot of luggage and heavy I had to exercise a little.

The communication through WhatsApp was perfect and they are professional and so responsive. The appartement was very clean and nice and got everything you may need. The location was perfect and close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

It doesn't have lift and it is in the 3rd floor, so it's difficult with luggage 😅 but it has been mentioned in the description 😀 so you know in advance

The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The location was convenient to metro, stores, restaurants, and attractions.

An elevator would have been nice, especially after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Tiring, walking up 4 flights of stairs, especially with suitcases. I would recommend placing some hooks on the wall for bags and clothing as well as a stand for suitcases.

The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, something we didn't know about before, and it's a shame it wasn't highlighted except during the check-in process. There is a machine in the apartment that emits a smell every few seconds, when we got to the apartment the whole apartment smelled of toilet perfume. The apartment is much smaller than we expected and see on the photos
